First time I went I was blown-away by a really great new grass band. Second and subsequent times the music has been sub-par: Tired metal or country bands. This is a huge city with many talented musicians. There is no excuse for bad music. Yes, smoking is allowed but they keep the place well ventilated. Plenty of seats around the bar - good luck getting the bartenders to wait on you, though. Now for the really bad: I wouldnt go here on a weeknight. My husband and I did, and were essentially accosted by an incredibly drunk young man. He would wander to our table, stand staring at us without saying anything, then ask for a beer or money or who knows.. We asked him to please leave us alone more than once. He would just move onto his next table of "victims" until he made his rounds back to us. Third time my husband was forced to stand up and threaten the guy. The bartenders came to his rescue and escorted him out of the door. Then they explained this guy is a "regular" and its wasnt an isolated occurrence. They explained that they are more a neighborhood bar during the week? Ok, so with drunk guy out of our faces my husband decides to sing karaoke. Puts in 3-4 requests...takes the DJ in charge of karaoke forever to call him...sometimes calling the same people 2-3 times before he got to my husband. Then, he turned my husbands mic down so low you couldnt hear and went outside. It was on purpose. The obnoxious drunk guy was his friend and apparently he was still hanging around outside, so every time my husband sang this DJ abandoned his post and went outside. Wow. Super unprofessional staff.

Love the owner, & all the bartenders that work there. Great atmosphere especially with Friday night karaoke; & Saturday nights live bands. They also have Poker nights Monday & Wednesday nights; winner takes home the pot usually over $200... Fun times, great drink prices and overall a great bar with all types of locals coming in meeting and mingling.. Defenantly worth checking out if ur ever in the area... Be sure to ask for me the server Ashlynn!!!!!!

Laid back atmosphere with great bartenders. You can smoke inside. There is no non- smoking section. Food is pretty decent. Quesadillas and the Summer Sunday special, the Mandenski (i think) are especially delicious. There are 3 pool tables, darts, trivia, a variation of beer pong, karaoke and live kick ass bands. Conveniently located right off 75 exit Bethany. Give it a shot

The food was good and the beer was decently priced, but the seating arrangement in front of the stage is too tightly packed. Finding a good table is entirely based on how many other people are sitting near you, which is subject to change as the night progresses. This location is a bit out of the way for me, so I am not sure if I will go again.

Was ignored by bartender finally ordered drink than ordered food from her waited 15 minutes for wings and finally asked her if my food was ready and was told my order wasnt placed yet are you kidding me? It isnt busy at all but Im not a regular so I see how it works here.Im a great tipper but not today!!!!!

Wow we walked in and the bartender went crazy on us along with the rude people at the end of the bar. I dont know if this establishment only teands to the older generation but we can do without the disrespect and arrogance from the employees and customers ill be sure to let people know never to go here.

I just moved to the area from South Carolina and this was one of the places I stopped at and I have been back quite a few times. Very nice staff and customers. I will be back. I dont believe I have won one game of pool yet though.. great and skilled players

Great Laid Back Bar. I am a Veteran with a Service Dog. Most bars that serve food always give me static. Not the Dirty Rooster! The bartender very discretely asked if Valor was my service dog. When I said yes, she just pleasantly said "Welcome!"

Its a locals hang out. Horrible service if your not at the bar. But once in a while you get a good stage band, some decent food. Your only chance in hell to get a drink or food is at the bar PERIOD! Friendly customers. Pool tables and music.

I have been going to this place for years, and I have never had a poor experience. The food is great, the beer is ice cold, and the vibe is usually pretty great. It has been my home bar for years, and I dont forsee it changing for years to come.

Place smells like a porta potty. Supposed to have a vodka cranberry but it taste like a watered down grenadine drink. Got cheese sticks... they are burnt and the bartender has been on his phone most the 20 mins we have been here.

Come up here a few times a month, great local hang out bar in Allen right off 75. Great cheeseburgers and buffalo chicken tenders every time! And not to mention live music almost every weekend, definitely recommend.

Love this place! If youre looking for a spot for good music, great food, and a few beers... this is it. I highly recommend the BBQ burger. (Or any of them for that matter.) It is HUGE and an awesome value.
