Horrible service!! Manager is rude for no reason, I tried to talk to him about the bust boy taking my food and drink While I went to the bathroom, he would not listen and insisted I leave his restaurant!! I have never experienced service like this in my life, I will never return to this place!! Very ghetto environment! The waitress was very nice! The waitress went and told the manager that the bust boy took our drinks and food, the manager didnt come to the table. Instead he stayed in the corner. So I went to him and told him the issue. He then said "well its not my problem, the bust boy has been here 9 years, you should leave your stuff what do you want me to do! I dont care if you go to the bathroom Im not supposed to watch your stuff" I told him " I didnt ask you to watch my stuff my issue is that is was taken" he then stated " you need to leave before I call security". My thoughts what the heck type of management is running this place! He was not even willing to speak with me instead he insisted I leave. I wish I could give this place 0 stars, definitely not worth 1 star!

I went last night for the first time and it was really nice. The waitstaff did come off as rude and it was loud but other than that I was there with my girls and we had a good time. And I dont think you can smoke in there anymore either. Everyone went outside to smoke.They had a great selection of music and the food and drinks were good. The owner did walk around like he was miserable but we still had fun. Just come and have fun with your friends and chill. I enjoyed the place! I will go again really soon.

2015.9 ネットで検索して評価点が高いので夕食に訪れました。 ビールとチキンウィングを食べましたがそこそこ美味しいです。チキンはフレーバが数種類ありましたが、やはりオーソドックスな塩コショウが好みです。奥にはカラオケ、ダーツなどがあるようですが今回は疲れていたので行っていません。

This place is ghetto. Im not racist, but seriously this is pretty much a black people bar. Which still wouldnt be horrible, but the black men kept hitting on me and my friend. Also, a chick jacked $10 out of my friends hand and gave us an address we could go to to smoke crack. On top of all that, the bar charged our card 20 % gratuity. We did NOT authorize that, and there were only 3 in our group. Stay away until the one in Plano is rebuilt.

For appetizer I had "the spinach artichoke dip" I cant even explain how awful it was, even the chips that came with it awful. the meal I had the "fried chicken sandwich" another disappointment. The chicken had a frozen taste, if I wanted frozen I would have just gone back to my old high school and had lunch there. service was dissent but not very impressive, I dont ever see myself eating there again.

This is one of my favorite places and the staff is amazing. I been going for 4 years now. The food is great and very reasonable and the drinks are good as well. All the staff that works the bar area are the best!! This place is huge and on the weekend they have karaoke. I cant forget the owner because she is amazing as well. They are just so down to earth and that is why this is my favorite spot ;-)

We got there at 9 on a Saturday, but they still charged us a 10$ cover fee while the entertainment was supposed to start at 10. Good atmosphere but not worth paying additional cover fee :( when we talk to the manger,but he said the same charge like we told the above.i dont know the people who came after us they dont pay.anyway its fine

If you do one thing here try the dealers choice. I asked for a savory bourbon. What I got was the most Mexican hot chocolate tasting bourbon drink of my life. Pair it with the Parmesan truffle fries and you have heaven. The Mac and cheese is to die for and the gin cranberry cloves and tonic is out of this world

First time here for my uncles birthday.. this is more for an older mature crowd ages 30+.. club/karaoke/arcade bar.. and what no one tells you is that after 10 I believe it is, you have to pay $10 to get in the bar.. i wont be back, but I recommend this as an older mature crowd hangout spot.

Its a great place to meet for drinks and watch sports. The smoking part of the place is seperate so it will not interfer with those who dont smoke . I love meeting here after class with friends for drinks and relaxing . great neighborhood place.

The food is always quick and tasty. The place is a bar, so youll get what you asked for but the beer is cold and the food is good. Im not sure what everyon is complaining about, the service is very good. Yeah, its smokey but its a BAR too.

This was my first time at this establishment. For a sports bar I wasnt impressed. The staff was nice and the food was good. Small TVs and Im not a fan of smoking. Funny for a Cowboys game there were only 8 people max inside the bar.

It took 25min to get a server to come to my table. It was not busy but it looked like they were short staffed and under trained. I ordered and it came out messed up. The server said the other half was coming, which never came.

Normally go there to watch the occasional Champions League game. A lot of TV options, they have the little wireless speaker and food is better than expected. Price is very good. All-in-all very good cost/benefit ratio.

Really good place that likes Richardson just fine. All I have ever had is their wings - repeatedly - and they are always of a good size AND fresh made and crispy. Get the waiter with the beard - he is great!

Wait staff at the recently re-opened Parker location is terrible. Menu is limited and just okay. No seats anywhere other than the booths have a back, you cant lean back and get comfortable in your seat.

Usually crowded and smokey. Drinks are good but they automatically charge tip and ask for an additional tip. Cover charge at the door. Dancing, music, food, drinks, and alot of people.

My favorite place on Friday nights. The food was good. The drinks are affordable and STRONG. The staff was very friendly. I will always come back for the karaoke show, its awesome!
