Just OK. Staff was friendly enough, but I really didnt think that anything was that special. I got brisket and pulled pork. Brisket was super tender, but flavorless. Pulled pork was just "meh". Potato salad was ok, coleslaw was too, but again not great. Corn was abismal. Tasted like, well, the stale water that it sits in. Sauces are the only way to add flavor and they werent good. The most enjoyable part of the meal was the pickle spear. Seriously. They should add some seasonings to their meat so that you have flavor before adding sauce. This place was super close to a hotel that I frequently stay at, but I wont be back. Next time I will make the drive somewhere else. Ended up leaving some of the food because I just didnt care to eat it. For the $18 I spent for dinner, it gets 1 star. Note, for those in the area, I like Hard Eight and Soulmans better so gauge your chance with this place based off of the preference for me if you have been to those other places.

Disgusting,.8 Jul 17 1200, Place was empty, had second thoughts about stopping since no one there for lunch, total of 3 customers at noon time. Should have listened to my gut. Had the combo for $14.25, 3 slices of brisket that was mush and no flavor, 3 slices of black pepper sausage, ok, and 2 pieces of excessively small rib with bone, barely any meat and absolutely no flavor at all. None of the meats had any bbq flavor at all. I know my taste buds were working since I could taste the dill pickle which was the most flavorful thing on my plate. Potato salad had no flavor and neither did the coleslaw. Bun was cold but second one delivered was very hot. To hot to touch. Should not be that hot so that it burns the fingers. Drink was a sprite and at $2.35 for a glass, overpriced. For a meal that cost me a total of $17.97, it was a rip off. I will never go to that Spring Creek on Midway om Addison again.

The food was great, and the employees were very friendly and helpful, but i have one problem and that was with the manager my gift card didnt work because the computer was running slow so the young lady that was wating on me called the managerfor help and he came out in a very nasty mood and the way hetreated me and this employee was uncalled for, i was treated as if i was stealing for him when he tried to run the card and i and it had a zero balance. The very nice young lady tried to explain to him the problem was with the computer, i felt BAD for her.Finally the computer calculated the sale and everything went through and he didnt apologize to me or the young lady. I dont know what was wrong with the manager, but he needs to leave his problems at the door and learn to respect this co-workers The date is Nov. 23, 2013 between 1:15 pm

OKAY... So I went there for press spirit night, there was a very long line, no big deal. Then I asked for a kids meal (Im 14 it said 12 and under and I didnt think it would be a big deal because I always get kids meals). This blonde guy had said "you can get a bread less sandwich it will be the same thing". I check the menu and the sandwiches are like $3 more. Why would I do that? I agree, what else could I do? The cash register was very friendly and she counted it as a kids meal, because thats what it was. It ended up being $45 for me & 2 others to eat. The sausage I got was decent, the baked potato my mom got was AMAZING. I really enjoyed the rolls. If I could suggest anything for the company to do, I would say friendlier staff and better sausage.

Ok food, ham was rubbery like it was reheated in the microwave. No disclaimer that says if you get a side with your twofer, they will charge you for two meals.. $30.00 for a child meal and adult with a sandwich. Manager was rude about it too. Avoid this location, it makes sense that every place around this location is packed, but we are the only ones in here at lunch.. Wish I could make it no stars, as I am not a rich person who tries to make a nice lunch with his daughter and it takes me a while to save the money to eat out.

Disgusting meat tasted cold and old like it sat all day I clearly said no fat I got all fat on ribs The girl cooking the rolls was too busy having a conversation with her coworkers she burnt the rolls the entire place filled of smoke I had my 8 month old child with me We had to wait several minutes for service While we had dessert the young girl came to hand us rolls Like really you clearly see us eating dessert we got so tired of waiting for fresh rolls TERRIBLE SERVICE SUCKS A BUNCH OF UNTRAINED TEENAGERS

Sunday night, out of ribs, out of chicken, talking about you had a big Sunday crowd that ordered up all the chicken and ribs, come on guys youve been in business since the early 80s, you know folks want barbecue ribs and chicken on sundays, unacceptable for you to talk about you ran out. I had to settle for some average brisket and below average sausage. I was set for ribs and chicken. Spring Creek you owe me a raincheck.

Food was okay. I got the brisket and my friend got the brisket and sausage. Brisket was pretty dry and bland, sausage was alright. The beans tasted more like ketchup than bbq, we waited to pay for 5 minutes, not having a glass for our drinks. It was just alright. Nothing great, but not horrible. A little expensive for what we got.

Best BBQ you can get for the price. My best is a combo (ribs and brisket) with refillable sides as potato salad, coleslaw, pickles, jalapenos, pinto beans, green beans with beacon and more. And do not forget to put some butter in your tray because you get unlimited hot buns right from the oven.

Great place for a large group! We had 75th Birthday Party with 30 friends and family attending. Guests go thru serving line, self pay, then all are seated in large private dining room. Host provided Birthday cake and pies for all to share. My chopped brisket sandwich was tender and juicy!

We just left from there paid over 40 dollars. By the time we got to the table good was cold.. Meat serving was very small and cold. The name potatoe was cold. Bread was hard had to ask to see if rolls were coming out. Lady brought out and still raw inside..we were very very disappointed..

Not really Texas BBQ. Sauce is dull. No real taste to the meat. I ordered the baker to go and asked for no chives. It was loaded with chives. Nothing stands out with this place. Just a corporate bbq place with a bunch of Mexicans working there.

Kind staff who are more than willing to assist anyone. The food is usually very good, with the occasional off night. Great place to take your kids for dinner, out of town business associates for lunch, and is apparently a big hit with the elderly.
