Called in an order. Told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived after 15 minutes when it should have been ready and then had to wait another 15 minutes for my order. #1 please deliver when you tell someone something will be ready in 15 minutes. If not say it will be 30 minutes. #2 what is the point of calling in a pick up order if you will have to wait when you get there anyway. #3 the staff doesnt even care enough to acknowledge you while you wait, or apologize after giving you your food and making you wait an extra 15 minutes.

I love Pei Wei, and this location was once part of my regular lunch rotation. My go-to favorite was the Pad Thai Noodle Bowl with Chicken, which was almost always fantastic. Occasionally, the chicken was a bit grisly, but I ate lunch here so many times over the course of a decade or so, I think there had to be a few misses in there somewhere. Overall, I love this place. Ive given them plenty of chances to let me down, and they almost never did.

I live in Addison and I will skip this location because any "to-go" order placed on line, which by the way the customer prepays, does not begin to be made until you get there....the last 3 times we have ordered were a real hassle, as we waited the suggested time, and then when we got there to pick up the food, our order wasnt even started yet. Also, the last order, the chicken was so rare I didnt eat it. I wont go back.

This place seems to be designed for young adults / college-aged people ... noisy with noticeably louder background music, pans banging & ringing as the cooking area is right there in the open ... plus the cooks are loud in their talking & joking to each other. $1.oo extra charge for Fried Rice with the entrees. (white or brown rice is no extra charge) The food and the atmosphere of any restaurant ...defines the place.

Ive been very disappointed in the food that Ive gotten the last couple of times from Pei Wei in Addison. They forgot the lettuce for my wraps, the egg rolls were so greasy and the crab won tons for the first time ever smelled fishy and I know thats not good, they were not crispy and light but overcooked and hard with burnt edges. The quality is not what it once was, went from my favorite to least favorite.

Had one damn request, looked the dude square in the eyes and said clearly No bell peppers, not hard to do at all. Just dont add bell peppers.... whats the one thing they do? Add bell peppers. This place has messed up on orders before this is now the 3rd time. I should not have to check my order every time to make sure they are competent enough to make an order right.

If youre looking to eat for cheap but great quality this is your place for greatness. During the week my kid loves to eat at Panda Express but since Ive showered her with Pei Wei she will not even look at that other place. Theres a car wash across the street so I love to drop the car off and walk across the way for a bite while I wait.

I use to love coming here to eat when I lived in Addison. Well, its my first time back since I moved to Plano and it has changed a lot. The soda machine was broken, the menu has changed and everything looks unfamiliar to me. I hated it and I dont think that I will ever come again. It felt more like a fast food joint.

I ordered to-go Chicken teriyaki-small. The option to order online was really easy and simple. The prices are so affordable and the taste and quantity was totally worth it. The staff was so fast and friendly. The restaurant was also crowded and fun. Would definitely go back to dine in this time

Disappointed! I ordered thai chicken lettuce wrap cater for our work event and its ridiculous it can only feed few people. $38 for that amount of food in a small size of tray is not worthed. I will never order to this location anymore!!!!!!

Great place for not-so-fast-food Asian fusion food. Dishes taste super fresh. My favorite is the Chicken Pad Thai. Place looks very nice as it recently got new furniture. Gets very packed for lunch. Not so much for dinner on a Monday.

Its quick and easy . I have a thirty minute break and they normally have food out in less than ten minutes. Not personal at all. People who take your order give little eye contact and dont smile. Im sure they get paid very little tho

The McDonalds of Asian fast food, Pei Wei is consistent, tasty, and affordable. But dont let them convince you its healthy. All of their dishes contain tons of sodium and/or sugar in the sauces. Still, I do loves me some Pei Wei!

Got a gift card from my office and took a friend. We both ordered the Pei Wei Spicy and Teriyaki Crunch Roll. It was amazing! The sushi roll was actually better than Ive had in sushi restaurants.
