As I sit here in Pei Wei Im pretty disappointed. I had to send my plate back twice because they cant get my order right. They say 3rd times a charm but thats incorrect. Yet again my plate came out incorrect. Then staff wants to argue with me about what they thought I ordered. Im Latina but damn if you cant understand English well then maybe you shouldnt be taking orders.

One of my fav places to have asian cuisine. Decent options and service and ambiance. You can expect to get you ordered and it does not disappoint. I never had any issues with eating at this location. Only reason I give it a 4 star rating is since Pei Wei does not stand out of the crowd and feels like the food is not authentic enough and kinda Americanized.

Honey Seared Chicken for the win! I love Pei Wei, and I visit many of their locations in the Dallas area often for business and with my family. I love the Honey Seared Chicken, like I said before, and their rice is great, too. We come to this location about once a month when we make our Gander Mountain trek.

Have been here many times. Last time I visited there was a hair in my plate notified the manager and they very embarassed cooked me up a new one. Head chef then came over and gave me a gift card and apologized. Overall it has been a very pleasant experience and would come here again.

The bathroom looked like it hadnt been cleaned or replenished in a week, and the pieces of lettuce served with my lettuce wraps were seriously the size of tortilla chips. Not to mention there was unknown unchewable stuff in the chicken. Gross. Will not be returning to this location.

I like the food and the choices. Good choices for vegetarian too. It just gets a bit crowded and can take some time before you get the table especially if you are in a big group. Good interior and not too expensive.

Food is o.k. Quality has dropped over the years like every other restaurant. Reduce quality, Increase Prices, and Increase profits for the company. Chicken does taste funny like it was low quality selection.

The chicken salad spring rolls are a fresh option - I wouldnt order the spicy tuna rolls again. The service is good at this location but the food seems processed - not inspired to return.

The bathrooms were very dirty. They took the item off the menu that I really like. The cooks were causing the flames to go so high I could feel the heat at the register. We walked out.
