Just added an extra hour onto my road trip thanks to incompetent employees who take your card and forget to hand it back. Update: went back to get my card, and was held up for over 15 minutes by several employees and then a manager who insisted that another person in a white truck also used my card. I called my husband to be sure only my charge was showing up. Then I was told by staff that no, only I used the card. Then when I asked to get my card back, I was told that it wasnt my card TWICE, both times I provided my ID and an alternate credit card (the first I used had declined for possible fraud because I was out of state). Finally, the manager decides to ring up my order and charge the new card I provided, and then decided after wasting over an hour of my time that she would let me have the $7.99 worth of melted blizzards for free. I seriously did not know it was THIS difficult to run a credit card and hand it back to the owner.

Asked for 1/3 lb burger but was charged for 1 1/2 pound burger, once we pulled up to pay we asked the guy who took our order if maybe he charged us for the wrong thing (since we get the same thing everytime) , instead of an answer we got nothing but silence, he was kind of ride and totally ignored our question and this was after waiting ten mins behind the only other vehicle that was in re drive thru at the time, left really disappointed. Food taste great but service absolutely sucks, sorry guys, just being honest

The woman waiting on me hates her job. I ordered meal that was sandwich, fries, drink and sundae. She makes sundae right away and food took like 10 minutes as my sundae melts, well its not real ice cream, so it doesnt really melt, but you get the drift. Worst of all, i am convinced that DQ microwaves their sandwiches. The bottom of the bun is scorching hot and there is no taste, too bad, DQ used to have great food.... no more DQ for me.... sad face....

Never ever ever go here. We waited 18 minutes in the drive thru while the local kid flirted with the cashier in front of us. We finally just left without our food. Ive tried eating here before with similar results. Horribly long waits and extremely poor quality food. Their ice cream does not taste like other Dairy Queens. DQ corporate needs to come in and clean house or pull their franchise license.

Restaurant was very dated and dirty. Staff messed up our order multiple times. (They would call out an item (not the order number) wed go up and pick it up and they tell us to wait because they realised it was made wrong.) The bathroom was so dirty that I chose to use a water bottle from my car instead of going back in to wash my hands after eating.

Horrible. I watched .my blizzard sit on the counter for 10 mins while my food was being prepared. Then when i said something about it the lady handed to me and said it was just made... flipped it upside down and it almost came out of the cup... this place has constantly sucked for the last 8 years that I have lived in the area

Terrible service. Lines out thru the dining room. No one seemed to know what they were doing. Waited in line 15 minutes just to pay for a cake. Only one customer got their food during this time. Drive thru was all the way around the building. Counted at least 7 peple working. Unacceptable. Will get our cakes somewhere else.

Pros: Food taste and quality was of DQ rep. Cons: No manager on the floor. Waited 24 minutes for chicken wrap $5 lunch. Watched FIVE employees standing around the drive thru window, glancing at the front counter but no asked if I had been helped. Very poor service during the 2:00 PM hour. Ill never stop there again.

The place us so dirty. There were flies all over the restaurant, the restrooms smell so bad. My husband told the manager, he just ignored him. The place need to closed until the place is cleaned. The other customer tried to catch the flies, but cant get rid of them all, so just went in their car to eat their food

I was in DQ while David Lutz was and he was the one that was rude to the lady and embarrassed her making her nervous in front of all the customers plus he got his sundae like maybe 3 min before his food. He was being obnoxious and rude.My visit was great as usual.Nice job DQ employees my family will be back soon.

Worst restaurant ever...even if it was fast food. Place was filthy..should report to heath Dept. Trash can overflowing on to floor. .and bathroom..words cant describe. Service terrible..food order wrong .employees less than interested Worst experience ever and i am 62. May not stop at dq again..ever

We ordered the $5 chicken lunch . The pieces of chicken were huge Each piece was a complete breast half. It included a drink and a small Blizzard. It was more than either one of us could eat. Their service was excellent and friendly. The store is very very clean. It is a great place to stop for lunch

Stopped by on the way home from Spring break and high hopes for a good milkshake soon plummeted at the counter of this filthy establishment of I-40. The staff was rude, service was slow and inaccurate. The entire family was ill the next day. Normally a Warren Buffett business is much better. AVOID.

Took an hour for me to get to the window just for me to get my money back. NEVER GO HERE just go to McDonalds across the steeet. I am so mad right now I never leave reviews but this place should be shut down I could have went and sat down somewhere to eat if I wanted to wait an entire hour!!!

I usually do not do complaints, but this DQ was the worse I have ever been in. Womens restroom was pure nasty. Floor was wet, toilet nasty. Cheeseburger was almost cold and only half cooked. Ketchup containers on tables were all empty.

I didnt know where to stand after I placed a to go order. Why do they ask, "Is this for here or to go?, if they are going to treat it like any other order. The food, as always, was good. The service needs to be a little smoother.

Horribly dirty, flies everywhere, the floor was sticky everywhere. The workers went straight from emptying garbage cans to making blizzards, touching the insides of the cups and the bowls of the spoons. Would not recommend.

1st time weve stopped at a DQ in years for actual food and I am so glad we did! The food was amazing and the prices are so reasonable. Will definitely stop in again when we are back that way.

Of food getting large for very cheap and actually get to catch up and napkins to go in the drive thru without you ask for because thats like common sense right? Love this place
