This kfc is the best 1 weve been to in a long time and we travel and frequent kfcs often. The drive thru woman was super friendly, actually asked if we wanted dipping sauce, and our order was done in no time. Our favorite part was the mashed potatoes because you actually get enough gravy and dont run out 1/2 way thru the potatoes. Chicken strips were fresh and crispy, as were the cookie and biscuit. Very satisfied. Kuddos to you giys. Wish more kfcs would follow suit.

My husband and I walked in the door and the place was filthy! Outside of the dirt in every crevice and corner, it wreaked of old grease, sour mop and garbage. We turned around and walked out. I cannot understand how Taco Bell or KFC would allow this place to represent their name brand. It has to be a health hazard!

If you want burnt, old, gross food go ahead and eat here. We "tried" to eat some food here today and NEVER again. It was horrible, we have old burnt food given to us and when we asked for them to fix it we were told thats what is supposed to look like..... very poor place!!!

The whole restaurant was filled with so much smoke it made my eyes water and it was hard to breathe. The tables were dirty. I ordered a chicken bowl and there was hardly any food in the bowl...the worst part was the burnt pieces of chicken. No more for me...not going back.

Best KFC I ever ate. Drove from Centerville just because I hadnt been to Waverly in years. Fast service. Very sweet, young woman served me and gave me excellent directions to McEwen, which I wanted to go through. I will drive back for that chicken.

Terrible service and terrible staff!! 2 male employees laughed at me and my friends and talked about us while we were looking at the menu to see what we want. After about 3 minutes we couldnt take it and walked out. I WILL not be back.

Good food and nice friendly service. BUT....The floor was EXTREMELY slick. Yes fried chicken grease in the air but something needs to be done about it. I had my 82 yo father with me and we had to work hard to keep him from falling

630 at night we ordered the 12 piece meal. They didnt have enough chicken and didnt have enough sides to complete their order very poor management I would not eat here
