This is by far, the worst experience ever. I went through the drive thru and had to wait 5 minutes just to place my order.they When I finally had a chance to place my order, the person taking my order informed me they ran out of chicken legs and it would take 15 minutes before it would be ready. We decided to substitute.upon pulling up to pay, the cashier didnt know what we ordered. I had to place the order all over again! In the parking lot now, still waiting for my chicken. 1 hour later.

We were at this locations drive-up at 6:45 tonight (8/13/15) . After repeating our order 7 TIMES, the Hispanic girl STILL didnt understand our order: 2 three piece meals...all white meat one grilled & one crispy. We finally gave up & told her to forget it. We went to.Culvers where we were understood. We are not prejudiced people...just frustrated with the lack of communication. We are very disappointed with this KFC location now.

I used to like KFCs chicken strips. Either they have reduced the quality of the chicken or I have gotten used to Chick-Fil-As superior food. In any case, I no longer have any desire to eat here. The potato wedges have always been sub-par and the biscuits are dry and nearly inedible. This is really the bottom of the chicken bucket, so to speak. Chick-Fil-A, Boston Market, and Popeyes are all much better.

This is the worst place to came and have you chicken the employees have a face only a Mather can love no respect no manners lazy if Im going to describe them take me all day to make it shorter just dont go and spend your money on this place go to Burger King or Taco Bell but this is embarrassing for us to give our money away in this place

The portions are inconsistent and the service is a bit irregular. If you get a bucket of chicken fingers...its by quantity instead of "size". Instead of 12 good sized pieces, we received 8 good sized pieces of chicken and 4 rejects. Otherwise, you get what you paid for when you got a place like KFC.

Yum I ordered 25 pcs on memorial day and they were large pcs and perfectly cooked. My guests were very impressed. Will definitely return to this kfc.
