I ate at the Keith St. location Monday. I ordered a breast and wing snack. The guy behind the counter seemed almost agitated and grumbled something about how he had to ring it the items seperately like it was a chore. After taking a table I started in on the "breast". The same guy who waited on me came out to clean the dining area. Once I ate through the layer of crust the "breast" he gave me prooved itself to be a thigh. I told him so and his reaction was kind of, "How bout that"! After an awkward silence he reluctantly asked if I wanted to replace it with a breast". I couldnt believe he had to ask. He should have enthusiastically apologized and offered me a breast post haste. But he hesitated. So, I declined. Ate the wing, the biscuit and tossed the rest of the thigh. Thanks, buddy! Winners chicken is good. Although when did they change the recipe to be so overly peppered? They should offer a mild alternative, like it used to be. Since I started eating there several years ago the Keith St. Winners has proven itself time and again to be less than a stellar restaurant. Sometimes good, sometimes not, hit and miss.

This place needs to be inspected. Its dirty when you walk in. The employees are very rude. There is a new women that works the drive in, sarcastic, got mad when I asked her for some mustard. I did not dare ask for ketchup. Took my money threw it back in my hand. Tossed my bag out the window. Did not say have a good day, go to hell, NOTHING. If looks could kill with this girl they would. WOW. If I treated my patients the way some of these places treated people, I would not have a business. That women needs to either change her attitude, or find a job where she does not have to deal with the outside people...............

Just go somewhere else. The service is horrible, their menu is overpriced, and portions are a joke. I honestly want a refund so I can take my hard earned money and go spend it on more food at a cheaper price somewhere else.

By far the best place to get chicken. Way better then anyone else. But my favorite things are the sweet tea and cinnamon rolls. And the staff is always friendly and courteous.

Dinner is a major hit or miss here. You will be treated as an inconvenience after 7pm. Breakfast is great though, so it retrieved a star from me for that.

Place is terrible. They cant remember a simple order of drinks THEN fill it mostly with Ice! Would not recommend to any sane person.

love this place, have never gotten any bad food, and i only get a 30 minute lunch and they are quick through the drive-thru
