The man working here today 7.12.17 8:20pm was making fun of a customer to another worker as I was eating here today. In Spanish, which I understand. Totally disrespectful. They were eating on the job in the kitchen with their hands and didnt wash them. Really unsanitary. Didnt get his name. Playing inappropriate and vulgar music in the back. Didnt need to hear that.

Been here running on 22 minutes at the moment. I was only supposed to be waiting for 1 piece of grilled to go with my 8 pc crispy but in that time they given away all the crispy and now I have to wait another 6 minutes. This is ridiculous. They have been running around like chicken with their heads cutoff since i got here.

Busines hours are incorrect on google maps. Its says they close at 11pm I got there at 10:30 and all doors and drive-through was closed. I called and some dude said "well, we are a franchise and we close at 10pm" So I let him know that, thats not what it says on google maps.

Either Sunday is a REAL slow day for these guys or no one ever taught this staff to have a sense of urgency. The only reason its not a 1 star is strangely enough, I got my order quicker than it took to make my order. Either way, the service needs a lot of work.

The place is dirty and the workers seem unmotivated to help you or clean the restaurant. Came in when empty and dirty tables everywhere. Chicken was half raw. Soda machine broken.
