Poor customer service. I was lucky to have my order taken when the staff person was at the counter. Later she just walked up to the sitting area and started chatting on her phone. I saw a new walk-in customer stood for around 5 mins before she walked back. Another customer on not being attended to started saying "hello" to get some attention. Poor. And this service comes with bad food. Ordered a Zinger, had to return it cuz the sandwich was cold. Save your money and go to the one on University Avenue, not stellar but at least you wont stand around for a while before being helped.

The only KFC of the three stores here that still serve Grilled chicken. I have to travel 5 miles everyday to have Grilled chicken lunch. Mike and the associates staff are very Friendly and quick. Sometimes they even have my order ready before I get to pay the cashier. Bravo guys !!, you guys are awesome.

Its KFC, and as with other fast food, you get what you pay for. The service was OK; I received what I ordered and was satisfied with it, but they could have improved their customer relation skills in the drive thru. They werent rude or anything, but they werent welcoming either.

This KFC is BULLSHIT!!! I called and asked if they had pot pies and they said no but would make one and it would be ready in 25-30mins. When I got there at 9pm, the lobby was closed and they "didnt end up actually making" my pot pie!! What a joke. No stars!!

i only gave it 3 stars because the service is not very good. and the store at this location is very old dirty store. its needs updating. the prices are kind of high for oily chicken. i only go because its close to my house and my kids love the chicken.

The drive-thru is supposed to stay open until 10pm, or at least thats what it says on the KFC website. Ive arrived at this location multiple times around 8:45pm after I get off work, and theyve been Closed!

Funny how the comercial shows chicken on the cheesy bacon bowl but they didnt put any on the one I paid for. Plenty of potatoes though. Must of been too hard for them to figure out.
