We had a large party 7 adults 2 kids. It was 630 maybe 7 pm on a Saturday. We were all hungry been moving all day. We ordered our appetizers spinach dip came out first wasnt bad everyone ate it up. Loaded fries next not as good as advertised but still good, again every1 ate them up. Thats where it got tricky. 2 people ordered salads with ranch dressing instead of the italian that they came with. 1 person had the chicken finger plate. 4 people got calzones or stomboli. The salads came out first about 20 mins after we ordered. They were good except they didnt have the correct dressing. No big problem the waitress was realy nice and apologetic and quickly got the ranch. And then we waited.....and waited......and waited most people had empty glasses by the time the waitress returned some 40 mins after we ordered with the rest of our food. The chicken finger plate was good she enjoyed them and said they were some of the best chicken fingers she has had. Not a single calzone or stomboli was right. First we only ordered 4 and they brought 5. One stomboli was supposed to be a calzone it was sent back. 2 people ate the calzone they were given because they didnt want to wait. And the last person didnt want to wait and couldnt eat either of the two calzones left because they had onions so he didnt eat anything. We discovered all this over the course of 10 mins passing all the calzones around cutting them open trying to figure out who had what. Because the waitress sure didnt know. She seemed apologetic but also overwhelmed and not quite on top of things. We also mentioned that we could use a refill as most drinks were empty. Next the manager? came out. She seemed more upset there was a problem then apologetic and ready to fix our problem. Her first words when she got to the table were "So whats the problem here". We explained to her like i just did in the description. She said ok and asked if we needed anything else. We mentioned that again we could use a refill as most drinks were empty. She said ok and left. About 15 mins later after we watched our waitress bus 2 other tables where people had left she returned to our table with 1 soda out of the 3 that were empty and a pitcher of tea that was full enough to fill 1.5 of the 4 glasses of tea that were empty. A comment was made that it wouldve been funny if it wasnt actually happening. We eventually got our refills and the calzone that was sent back came in time to be packed up to go. The stepfather of the group the one who ate a calzone even tho it wasnt exactly right skipped to the counter b4 the checks were put out so he could pay like he always does. The manager? rang him up and didnt offer any discount or apology further the total was well over 100. I normally dont post online reviews even tho I read them to decide where to go. But this was just so so bad.....stay away from this place.

Spaghetti wonderful, pizza really good, service really poor. 2 times in a row weve been where mistakes were made serious enough that one of our party couldnt eat with the rest. The option we were given was to bring the missing topping on the side and I asked for food to be remade. It came back quickly with missing topping added to old food and warmed slightly to appear cooked(ish). Shame since the food is really good when done right, but not when they try to shortcut fixing their mistakes. When paying the bill at the end, was asked how everything was, to which I replied "about a C-, but could have been an A". No response so either the person asking didnt listen after asking, or didnt care if I was pleased or not, or was confused not to hear "fine, ok, great, etc" and didnt know how to respond. Either way, this is the second time they have let me leave less than pleased with their disdain for caring about their guests on an individual level. If they would have either made the food fresh and correct or even showed concern at any time that someone was having a subpar experience in their restaurant, all could be forgiven. But they apparently dont care for those trivial matters. Too bad for them. Too many competitors for that attitude to carry your brand. Maybe next time will be better. Some day.

I cant rate the food because we didnt get it. Our party was seated and pretty much forgot about. I had to get up and track down a waitress twice . Once for drinks and then again to let them know we would like to order. (never checked back) During the 30 minute wait (still no food) the staff are running vacuum cleaners all around our area and there are only 3 tables with customers. Maybe they could have waited. After the long wait and unable to even have a conversation over the vacuums running we decided to simply get up and leave. We then stopped by the registrar to let the manager know we are leaving and she informed us that the food is just now coming out. I said how about a discount and she said just leave.

Loved this place a couple years ago. Seems like the prices keep getting higher and the food hasnt lost its quality.... they just give you a lot less than they used to even at the higher price. I had a gyro on pita and it used to be filled with so much meat I couldnt eat the whole thing in one sitting. This time it had 7 small shards of meat on it. I counted because Im on a low carb diet and couldnt eat the pita. I paid extra for a side of broccoli and they were not stingy with that but the overall experience wasnt great. My boyfriend commented on how the hamburger patty he got on his cheeseburger was small but he got full because of the appetizer bread that I obviously didnt eat because of my diet.

The food is good as are the prices. Have had excellent service almost every time weve dined there...HOWEVER, today I ordered to go order for 3 people and drove 5 miles to pick it up and 5 miles back just to discover they didnt give us any plastic utensils to eat our chef salads with. When I called the girl laughed and said I could come back and get them. No offer for anything reduced or free coupon just come back and get them. Very disappointed in the customer service.

The food here is amazing! The cooks i spoke with were extremely assisting and concerned when i notified them i would like to speak to a manager due to the hateful attitude of the woman at the front desk. My food was there and ready and i came in an hour after ordering take out being told it would only be 20 min. She was so rude. Offered no apology. Just said we have been busy.. As it turns out that woman was the manager. No customer service skills what-so-ever!

Service is usually friendly and prompt. The food is fantastic. However, they use a LOT of cheese on their pizza and cheese-topped dishes like manicotti, so if you dont like that, be aware. This is THE BEST burger in Sparta -- they are made fresh daily, huge, with a load of fries, all for under $5. I think thats a heck of a deal! The gyros and salads are also great, and my favorite is the eggplant parmesan.
