Please dont ever order delivery from chopsticks. I ordered my food at 7:13 they told me an hour and finally arrived at 8:45. I tried calling them and they dont answer there phone after 8 so you have no way of getting ahold of anyone to see were your food is and if its going to be delivered. This is the second time that this has happened. The delivery lady showed up and looked like she was all cracked out. I told her that I still wanted the food but didnt feel that it was right to have to pay for it for them being so late, not answering there phone or her atleast calling me to tell me she was still comming. She just grabbed the food and walked off. Apparently this has been happening alot to them because she acted like it was normal. I told her to never come back. These kind of business that employee these kind of people and have these kind of practices need to be held responsible. Please post all your stories about them and share. If enough of us get to talking about our experiences maybe theyll change and become the resteraunt they used to be.

Chopsticks is one of the best "mom & pop" restaurants that I have ever had the honor of experiencing. The food is simply ineffable - there are no words that can do this food justice. I pride myself in being a well-traveled individual that ALWAYS goes after the local locations instead of anything corporate. I love all types of different restaurants but this food is literally some of the best I have ever eaten, no matter what the cost, location or style of cuisine. Great deal for overall value, friendliness of staff (they know me by name and order), and of course, the food. :) Please order the Yakitori Chicken, Won Ton Soup, and a couple egg rolls to get a feel for the place. Also, if you love spicy food, then get a side of their spicy red sauce too, it is incredible!

I had the General Soa Chicken...it was above average. One review stated it was the worst ever, but I do not agree. I have eaten Chinese food from here to Utah and every place has a different variation. All of them were with a brown spicey sauce. The egg rolls were fantastic....I have had better, but not by much. The crab ragoons are also in the same category. I will gladly eat there again. You do get a lot of food for the money. It is not like eating at a fancy restaurant, but more like a diner...bu still far removed from a fast food joint. They are quick to get your order together and you can enjoy dinner with the family without breaking the bank.

I started going to Chopstick with my mom when I first came to live with her, I have always loved their food. People can say what they want, but even as a kid I loved their food. My favorites are the sweet and sour chicken, the egg drop soup and the rice... is amazing, especially when you use some of the sauce with it. Its mouth watering good. And it was always a place that my mother and I considered our special place to eat together and would do so at least once a week if not more. We would go in and sit down to eat, everyone was always so nice. If they werent so good... why would they be around for so long :)

Customer service seems to be lacking. As soon as I requested a delivery order the tone of the man who answered changed drastically. It took 4 attempts to understand an address as I spelled it out each time, and then informed me that they were experiencing high volume orders and it would take 2 hours. Somehow I find that hard to believe when they close in 30 minutes. Im calling bull and taking my business where its actually wanted. Busy or not, the attitude is not a desirable or professional trait in a business. I have ordered from here once before and the staff was friendly.

Average egg rolls 2 for 99 cents is a good deal, general chicken was okay but not crispy if you know what I mean and no veggies included lo mein was awful no flavor and way to salty no veggies in it either price was good but definitely not authentic! My husband got the chicken teriyaki and he barley had anything in his Togo box it had veggies but only a couple tiny pieces of chicken and again sauce and noodles were way to salty and no true flavors! 3 stars for the price and the general chicken wasnt bad but noodles and portions need ad gusting.

They forgot our food. The food wasnt as hot as it should have been it was just kinda warm and the delivery boy pretty much stole 5$ from us. We had planned to give him a tip but after we were already charged our delivery fee in our total he said we needed to give Him 5$ delivery fee again. So we called the business and needless to say the boy still works there and they did not give us our money back and it was an awful experience.

Pretty blah. Ive had worse and Ive had much better. Ordered sesame chicken with fried rice. The rice isnt true fried rice and the chicken was pretty soupy and soggy. Tried the homemade egg rolls and it tasted like any other cheap egg roll. Pretty disappointed because I heard this place was good. The price is what keeps the line out the door at this place, its really cheap. You get what you pay for.

Ive eaten at or gotten delivery from Chopsticks probably 50 or more times. The staff is so friendly and although the store always seems extremely busy, the food comes out fast and my order has never been wrong. My personal favorites are the Pho, Udon noodle soup, and Szechuan beef. The crab rangoon here is different than most Chinese places, but in a good way. Its addictive.

Should be called "Chop Gruel". we ordered lunch from there today (by mistake) and it was AWFUL!!, I ate there the last time over 10 years ago and swore Id never eat there again. I tried 2 bites of todays gruel and it has not improved any in. Save your money and go the China Wok 3 blocks south beside Publix. It is always great, and less money.

Everything is great about this restaurant but, it is in a bit rough condition and that simply cant be ignored. I use to eat here all the time before I moved off for a few years and now that I am back, it shows that they are still using all the same decor with how old everything looks making the restaurant look dirtier than it really is.

The egg rolls were cooked perfect and very tasty. Two for $1 is quite a deal. I had the Kung Po Chicken Lunch Special. The sauce was a little "sweet". Not a true Kung Po Chicken but had a lot of chicken and was a big serving for $3.99. It did taste good just not authentic. Theyre closed Sundays just for FYI.

The food was finished quickly which was nice however, it was the worst tasting food Ive ever eaten. My family and I ordered general chicken and fried rice, the rice was dry and hard, the chicken was rubbery. We also ordered hot and sour soup, it tasted like sewage smells. Absolutely horrible tasting food!
