Update: The staff began talking about us like we werent there, I had to ask for a manager who was the incompetent man who began cursing because he obviously doesnt understand the way his own menu works. I will be contacting the corporate office and demanding a refund and hoping they will hire suitable workers who arent angry about their jobs. The food is amazing, however. I will copy the review I sent to the management: First of all, the person making the pizza was very unhelpful and rude. Today was the first and last time we will visit this restaurant. He did not listen to my order correctly, after I asked him if I needed to go slowly as he made our order. He used a pan crust instead of a thin crust and got annoyed when I reminded him. Then, when I asked for a pan crust for a kids pizza he seemed angry that we didnt know that kids pizzas dont come with pan crust. Again, today was our first visit. Then, when I got to the checkout, I literally repeated my order five times. I told him that I had one High five pizza, with a dessert bundle and that I wanted to upgrade to the cinnamon sticks. He stopped me and told me he didnt have any prepared desserts so hed have to go into the back and do all of this stuff in order to get them and that it would take a long time. He was trying to discourage us from ordering a dessert. I told him we still wanted one and he seemed annoyed. I continued with my order, saying I had a second high five pizza with a drink, and two kids pizzas with drinks. He kept asking if I wanted them all bundled. I told him three times that I did not want a bundle for the remaining pizzas, we just needed drinks. He completed ringing me up, and the proceeded to ask what types of desserts I wanted with the other bundles. I explained to him for a fifth time that we only needed one dessert bundle, and that was with the cinnamon sticks. He told me he never heard anyone order like that and cursed a couple of times before he reentered my order and threw me a dollar back that I was owed, and forgot to give us our remaining drink cups and walked off. Every single member of staff was rude and unhelpful. I think that maybe someone should look in on them, they seem confused about how to do their job and obviously have no customers service training. I will be making a review on Google and Yelp. Thanks.

Pie Five is a build your own pizza place. It is a pizza version of Subway. I opted for one of their menu pizzas this time around (High Five) and was not disappointed. The crust, sauce, toppings, and flavor were all excellent. The crust was firm and held up the pizza without being too thick and overpowering which is one of my typical complaints about a pizza. The peach tea and ultimate brownie were also very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you cant find a pizza here you like, then you dont like pizza!

This is my normal spot... I simply love my pizza every time I eat here.... Today not so much... one guy working could care less, he put the cheese in the middle of my pizza and assumed what toppings I wanted.... Not cool.... The person who rung me up was very nice and fixed my order

This was my first time going to a place that makes pizza like Pie Five does. Everybody likes different ingredients on their pizza, so you can customize yours however you like or pick from their menu of pizzas. The price is awesome and its hard to finish a pizza! Ill be back!

Very amazing food the staff was friendly, except the manager ( assuming it was him ) guy with glasses seemed a bit rude to his employees, snapping his fingers at them like they were dogs or some. Food and rest of staff was great . Definielty going again!

Under new management, was not pleased with service. Rude workers, they dont have prices posted for their additional toppings .for their salads... Atmosphere not friendly unlike our previous visits . Not happy at all.

OUT OF EVERYTHING.....NO MOZZARELLA CHEESE, CHICKEN, barely any sauces. Didnt even have salad mix . They should have just closed early. What self respecting pizza place runs out of mozzarella cheese?!!! Unbelievable

Hit or miss. Sometimes it is good, today just so- so. The waitstaff oftentimes seems short with you and put out that you are slow to make selections. The bathroom area smelled of raw sewage.

The pizza was good but I have to eat gluten free because I am deathly allergic to wheat. Theyre suppose to wash their hands so as not to cross contaminate but they didnt so I wont go back.
