Ordered by phone. They said "5 mins and it will be ready", on Friday at 5pm. Walked in 10mins later and it wasnt ready. A woman next to us at the counter called in also and had been waiting over 40 mins. Every pizza that came out of the oven, they asked if it was mine. I left and went next door to NY Pie. They did say "sorry" as I was leaving but clearly lacked structure and communication during heavy traffic.

If I could rate a 0 star I would, the manager treated me and my family like dirt. Should be fired at the least. We contacted customer care about it, nobody answered nor did anything to fix the problem. What a shame....

Surprisingly good and fast pizza, pick your crust, sauce, and toppings and within a few minutes your personal pizza is ready. They were out of chicken when I went, so no BBQ chicken pizza, but theres always next time.

The staff is over-the-top! Absolutely friendly, and since this was our first visit, they were beyond helpful. The food was fantastic! Definitely stopping here again when I am in Hendersonville or Nashville.

I would give it 0 stars but my son loves it here. The past few times we have came its been horrible service. No one knows what they are going or how to make anything there. Its really crappy service

They had some issues with the oven while we were there but the staff had it fixed quickly and made sure all the customers were taken care of. Great customer service. Definitely recommend.

Always good. Have not been disappointed and great value. Will not break your bank if you have a sizeable family. The staff is friendly and make good pizzas to your liking.

Mixed rating because while I think the pizza is terrible, my kids would rather eat here than anywhere else. Plus they have that multi-Coke fountain that kids love.
