The food here is good but the customer service is really lacking. My wife accidentally placed an order at the wrong store and tried to pick up here but they didnt have an order from me. So I placed a new order and after about 10 minutes they told me they were refusing to make my order there because it was at the creasy lane location. With all the construction on 52 it would have taken me an hour to get there and back. I was pretty upset at this, i even emailed the corporate office anf barely recieved an apology. No wonder customer service is lacking with that sort of lack of leadership. Hope they lost money on both orders. My son loves the train in there but I will be doing Arnis from now on. Meet you at Arnis!! (Their food is better and slightly cheaper anyway).

I cant stand the food here. In my opinion, it is quite possibly the worst food you can buy. The quality is cheap and disgusting. The prices are way to high for the quality of food you are receiving. Plus, I have been over charged on multiple trips (they have always fixed it, but I believe the place is crooked by doing it in the first place). We only come to this location, because they have a train that delivers your drinks, and my kids love it. If it wasnt for the train, this would be a 1 star review.

TERRIBLE...... customer service!! I will never go back to that place. I asked for a to go box and the owner asked if I had a lot of pizza left in a rude tone and I replied yes, and he proceeds to help another lady while a young girl gets my to go box. He was really rude to other customers that was up paying for their food. I have never experienced a owner of his business to be that rude to paying customers.

Great place to go especially for the kids to watch the kid to watch the drinks I come around on the train and stop at your booth and youll be able to lift up the folder and get out your drinks and order your pizza or your food and its a lovely experience plus you have the TV that you can drop $0.25 in and watch your favorite cartoons or movies or the news

Our large (25+) family meets here twice a year or so. The prices seem to be getting extremely high. I ordered the same salad as usual and it was half the size it used to be. Quality was OK, but what used to be a dinner sized salad is now a side dish at best.

The food is fine. Incredibly unprofessional on the phone. I get it, its a bunch of high school kids that run the place and the owner is a nice person. Possibly should invest in phone training, or teach the kids some common courtesy.

We drove 40 mins. to eat her so our daughter coukd see the train. Pizza was nasty. None of my family ate it. Very disappointed especially since we spent 56.00! Will not be back. Next time I will judge by the ratings beforehand.

Love the train,pizza and appetizers are very good,as are some sandwiches. However,a BLT w/cheese on a roll with chopped up bacon? No,thanks. The mens bathroom was a mess,but the booth was clean.
