Heres what I wrote them on their survey: Looking forward to good pizza in more convenient location than our regular haunts. Great environment, clean, attractive. Decent service, server was good too. Good selection of beers, good TVs. Good ingredients for pizza, love wood fired pizzas EXCEPT the crust was like unleavened bread. Dry, not crusty with chewy/softer inside. Seemed like dough not kneaded or raised so proteins in flour dont bind correctly or no air inside. Everything in experience was perfect except the crust and if you cant get the crust right, the rest cant make up for it. Better crust from delivery pizza which is usually pretty mediocre. In Nashville need to try 5 Points Pizza, NY Pie, Pizza Perfect, Sals. In NY need to try anywhere. Comparable chain - California Pizza Kitchen, has crust that is quite good. Compare almost anyone else and your crust (on both mine and my wifes pizzas) falls way short. Wood fire is a waste on such a bad crust. Couldnt really believe it with everything else in place. Probably wont visit again unless you reformulate how you do the crust. It was a shame and very disappointed.

Our server, Kenneth, was really excellent, very personable and efficient. We split a Brixx house salad (its big) that came divided in two separate bowls with our own dressing on the side. Nice touch and very good, with little pistachios and goat cheese crumbles. We also ordered the Rosemary Chicken pizza. While the flavor was good, we cant help but remember Brixx pizzas tasting better because there used to be more toppings. It seems lately (last 2 times) they are being light handed with the toppings (little bits of chicken now instead of larger strips, a scattering of mushrooms not covering the entire pizza) so it effects the POW factor they used to have. As a side note, it doesnt seem like anyone was checking the ladies room, no bath tissue in, wouldnt you know it, the stall I chose. Sigh..never a good experience. Anyway, just OK...

We eat here every other month if not more. They always get our orders right and our waiter tonight was great. He talked baseball with my son and said he was new to TN from Atlanta. I didnt catch his name but that conversation was so kind ...my son has autism and spurts out baseball facts and gets excited when someone talks sports with him. Inside of brushing him off he stopped and chatted with my son. Then politely stated he had another table to take care of and it was nice to meet us. Very impressive. The food came out super fast and I love that they have employees that open the doors for you when we arrive and depart! I even captured the moment with one of the staff as we were leaving. Its the little things in life and Brixx will give you those "little things" every time you visit.

I was here on a Sunday evening (December 7th)/for my birthday dinner with 3 other guys. We had some sort of amazing tea recommended by our AWESOME and Ill add cute server. Kudos for the great service Paige, even though you seemed a bit swamped with a table of kids! We ordered 4 pizzas and 2 Smores pizzas. Anyhow the pizza was great as always! I use to come by myself on Sunday nights a while back and Ill start coming back again. Thanks Brixx.

I think they just got new management. I always see the managers checking on the tables and personally greeting everyone so its gotten alot better the service is always great and the serves are always really nice! I love their pizza and pasta. Brixx is always open late so its a nice meal after your movie. I would definitely suggest Brixx! By the way they have a great deal after 10 everynight 2 for 1 pizza and appetizers

With a plethora of pizza restaurants in Hendersonville, two stick out and Brixx is one of them. Great local and family friendly atmosphere. Chalkboard walls for the kids. Pizza and salads are good. Management and bartender staff is good. Wait staff is hit or miss since mostly high school students. Beer selection and prices are perfect! Need bigger TVs in bar!

This place has a great selection of beer on tap and pretty good rotating drink specials through the week. The pizzas are good they are pretty consistent with other brick oven pizza concepts. The Hummus is some of the best anywhere. They are kind of slow so they have that half closed feel often as you can tell staff is trying to head for the door.

Im torn, because it has one of the best beer selections in town. Not a LOT of beers, but the ones they have are some of the better brews around. Unfortunately, we dont choose to go here often because the environment is a little bright and sterile for our tastes. Pizza is pretty good but very salty.

We stop in here usually for the company of the bartender and the good local beer. The food is good too, we have settled into a couple of favorite pies and I can get a gluten free crust and a cider while the others get the regular crust. You have to try their fresh bruchette at least once!

Had to open my own beer. Waitress at the bar couldnt pour one from the tap. Or figure out how to work the bottle opener. Smelled like sewage in there. Had been there three times previous and it just seems to get worse. Not returning. Go to Sams down the sidewalk.

Yes, the pizza crust is thin, like a cracker and some of the pizzas have little or no sauce, that is their way of making their pizza and they are DELICIOUS! My wife and I love their pizza. The 3 bad reviews below must have been written by some real fools.

*former employee* EVRRYTHING is made fresh Ive worked every pizza place and alot will make there own dough but we had chesse wheels like those big ass things you see in movies lol also a fire is allways burning so its a nice environment

Every visit we get stellar service. The food is great and the kitchen is fast. The artichoke spinach dip is fantastic and a generous serving. All the servers are great, but Regan really rocks! Great for late nights too!

Excellent pizza joint with other great items on the menu. The small bar area is excellent and our last visit we were treated to a great bartender and beers on tap. Several Black Abby bears are available - theyre great!

There are so many pizza restaurants popping up in Hendersonville, but this is still my favorite. Plus you cant beat the Buy One, Get One Free specials they have for late nights. Great beer selection tgere too.

The food Is sooo yummy! I love their sandwiches too! But every time I go the waitresses are bitchy and never give refills...they just stare and rarely come by. But the food is great.

Love Brixx!! The Mexican pizza is my favorite, live the brixx stick too! Service can be lacking sometimes but the food is worth it! Delicious! :)
