Unusual setting seemed promising.. Ordered vegetarian Tomato Pie but they were out. Had to replace it with the vegetable omelet. Was assured this would be vegetarian-friendly by the wait staff. The good sized portion came soggy in the vegetable juice with under cooked onions and some accidental chunks of pork so management ended up comping my order. Average service, good decor, poor attention to detail. Would not recommend to anyone with food sensitivities. Probably wouldnt bother going back either. See it for the curiosity factor more than the epicurean experience.

Very disappointed!!!! Went for my first visit last week and service was terrible.Food was o.k. We got our breakfast in increments. Had to ask for everything numerous times from napkins, extra coffee, butter etc. Server was not very attentive at all. Would have understood if they had been real busy. When we expressed our disappointment to the lady at the front all we got was OK, OK. Not "I am sorry". Nothing.Just a feeling of hush and get out as fast as you can. For a breakfast for two for $34.00 we expected a lot more.

Not handicapped friendly. There is poor signage in- if you turn in a large vehicle where it tells you, you cant turn around. The place that one can park for handicapped access will earn you a request to move the vehicle to a gas station. Then they locked the door that allowed egress and ingress without stairs (there is a ramp, but they locked that door.) They are apparently blissfully unaware of mobility issues. The food was good. Not great, but good. Aggravating experience.

We love going to the Readyville Mill for breakfast on Saturday mornings. The mill alone is an excellent place to experience and hear about the history of the buildings. But add an amazing breakfast that is as good as this place has and you have made a memorable weekend. I love the whole wheat pancakes and the grits. They also have music on Saturdays during breakfast and a great place to buy the wonderful products that are freshly ground at the mill and served. Dont miss it!

I love the food and the atmosphere here. The service has always been good also. I would have given it 5 stars if they hadnt have taken our musical duo away. They said it was because people complained about them. I dont understand it. They werent loud, in fact their music was quite soothing. I guess some people compain about everything. I wish that they would come back and play.

I had a hard time trying to pick only 2 sides! The food was exquisite! The wait staff worked as hard as any I have ever seen in any reataurant. Rachel was simply exceptional.... attentive without being intrusive. Very helpful with selections. My friend refuses to eat out, and he told me he would come back anytime I wanted!

Best restaurant for Breakfast hands down. It was such a pleasure to be delightfully surprised at how exquisite a omelette could be. Every item brought to our table was incredibly tasteful and the staff was very friendly. Beautiful place to visit. We will be making this our go to place for breakfast on the weekends.

A beautiful ride through the country, crossing the bridge to no where, sunshine, and a cool fall breeze, all led to a quaint restored Mill. What a great time warp! One of the buildings is now a restaurant. All foods are hand designed and made to order. Plan on a bit of a wait....kitchen to table with love!

Incredible place! See old mill stones, the Stones River and the old mill. The food is so different from everyone else. Who makes strawberry and peach salsa with tortillas, and yes it was awesome! Only open Friday-Sunday but worth it. Yum

I work here at the mill when i was 16 years old. They call it a restaurant now. When i work there we made flour ,corn meal, fresh honey ect. In the fall they had craft fairs that lasted a whole week.. Wow those great days are gone..

The best country restaurant that you can find in the area! The food is exceptional and the price very reasonable. It looks nothing on the inside like the outside looks is a very beautiful well put-together antique environment.

Food was cold and not even completely cooked. We all laughed that the biscuits could have been used in the World Series!
