I moved into the neighborhood over a year ago, and one day I got a desire for pizza. I remembered seeing this little joint right off the square and wondered what they might have to offer. I found an online menu and began browsing, looking at many items that made my decision more difficult than ordering a simple pizza. Once I decided on the pizza I wanted (crafted how I wanted, BTW), I placed the order and had it home in less than 30 minutes. What I experienced was pizza that was (in my opinion) far superior than any large pizza chain pie. Ever since that day, I have become a fairly regular customer, usually finding myself wanting their pizza once a week. Im hooked and anyone who would be willing to try it out will no doubt feel the same. I dont know what they do to make it so good, and I dare not ask their secrets but will ask that they keep up the great work. Customer for life!!

We went here by way of the train tours they often take, so the place was packed. Fair warning, the place may be much better if there are fewer people. The ordering process is awful. Youre supposed to wait in one line, place your order, then wait in another to pay for the order. Problem is the two lines are unmarked and go to the same table, so often people line up in the wrong line. The people up front will SOMETIMES ignore the order entirely. My girlfriend waited in the lines as specified. It took her half an hour. One of our friends wasnt paying attention and waited half the time. The food is just OK. The Nona Bread is good, but its drenched in butter. The pizza is slightly above average. The service is pretty bad, too. The front of the restaurant is packed, but not the seating. The servers were constantly making mistakes and seemed very confused.

We love this place! Just moved to Watertown 10 days ago - we long for local hangouts like this - and the pizza is amazing! Crew was really nice. They entertained our 2 year old so we could enjoy our dinner. Definitely going back there. Kinda wanting it to stay a secret. Very reasonably priced too. Try the Nona bread for sure. Delicious start to the meal.

First JUST DONT. Smh. They forgot about our parties order after waiting for 30 minutes. Then waited another 45 minutes for 3 pizzas. Im all for practicing patience but that was RIDICULOUS! Please tend to the outside area. Drink dispenser next to bathroom?...ok. Probably wont go there again... #burntcrust

Made the mistake of eating there after taking a theater train ride from Nashville. I called ahead, they assured me they would have plenty of tables ready. They did not. Service was appalling. People standing in long lines for slices. Just sad.

I just had their spaghetti and meatballs. I am very critical having grown up in an Italian neighborhood in NY and this spaghetti and meatballs is the best I have had down here. Also love their calzones. Great food, great portions, great prices!

They are absolutely amazing. Everything is from scratch fresh and the pizza is to die for. The Spinach Nona bread is the bomb. I love coming here for a treat! Very hip place and the staff is great. No complaints at all!!!!
