Im so glad I talked my husband into circling the square instead of just going to Topz again (also a great place). The Collins River staff was awesome, and the food was just as great. We shared the loaded barbecue fries, which was a great twist on a nacho style app. I enjoyed my BBQ wrap and sweet potato fries (some of the best!) and my husband had no problem devouring the smoked bacon burger and an order of smoked wings (SO GOOD). Well definitely be back for more!

Fantastic locally owned barbecue joint. Great food, great prices, and great staff. It takes a special kind of person to put up with my group of friends and I and Kristy, our waitress, did an awesome job. Youre in luck if you come in and shes working. Definitely a must stop if youre in the area!

Hands down, one of the best bbq joints in the state of Tennessee. The service was excellent. Loved the atmosphere. After a long day of backpacking along the Cumberland Gap, this place hit the spot. Loved that they also had gluten-free options for my wife. Certainly a hidden treasure.

The food is pretty good, but when you have to literally flag the girl down to take your order or refill your drink then its just not worth the hassle. My doctor brought me here to treat me to lunch and even he said its the last time for him.

Not a fan. Really wanted to like it, but honestly did not care for it. Brisket lacked taste and was a bit stringy. Baked beans tasted bad, couldnt eat them at all. Neat environment but cant eat that. Had high hopes but likely wont return.

Warm, knowledgeable staff, great beer selection. I was disappointed in the lack of vegan meal options, but that is to be expected at a BBQ joint. I will DEF come back here again.

Food was good. We had a large party, so had to sit upstairs. Because of this a 20% gratuity was automatically added to the bill, but they were clear about this up front.
