Have been stopping there for years getting Chinese food. Most of the time good, however, I stopped in May 30 to get dinner and I had to use the restroom and had to wait for older women employee to come out. I could tell that she did not wash her hands because the sink was completely dry. Then she went the kitchen and started preparing the dinners to go. Whats wrong with this picture?????????? Bu the way, there was no soap in the dispenser and no towels in the holder. I had to wash up the best I could. Shame on you older lady employee. Will I come back???? Don know, would you? Duscusting......

Online ordering was the best feature of this place there food was already not worth it it was just nice to order it online and go pick it up. I did that today and the lady was super rude to me letting telling me theres no more online ordering and that I had to place my order then they went on to make my order wrong and sit there and talk about me and be rude. Not only was my order wrong but I ordered shrimp and mixed vegetables and got three shrimp in my order and and the rice was over cooked and inedible I will never return to this place again

To Go means in & out fast right? I got my food, I left, I open the bag and there is no silver ware in it. No plastic fork, no spoon, no napkins. I phoned them, I was told that I am supposed to get those things from the side stand. I had to eat the food with my fingers. I rather get my to-go else where, like at China Kitchen. They put those eating utensils in the bag.

we have recently moved away from area but we will truly miss China Rose. Actually, it was the only Chinese restaurant that my husband could eat at. The food was always plentiful, delicious, and reasonably priced. The staff were always kind and friendly. Whenever we pass near the area again, we will always stop at our favorite restaurant, China Rose!

Always my favorite place to take out Chinese Food. When my family is in the mood for Chinese Food to pick up this is the place place our order. The staff is friendly and always has our order completed before I get to to their location. The food tastes great and I never have any complaints. Food is always still warm when I get home and tastes great.

Terrible. This place has gone down hill over the years. Bland food. Management is so rude, and apparently does not care about hygiene according to the comment below me. Gross. Ooltewah needs a new Chinese food option. One that delivers would be a plus. If you are here, go to the Thai place next door.

Beat chinese take out in a 75 mile radius. Prices are great. Food is fresh and flavorful. The use quality cuts of meat, not the scraps that other restraunts use. The store looks like... Uh well, lets just say not very appealing. Ive never considered eating in. Overall great take-out.

Ordered chicken lo mein with fried rice and an egg roll. The lo mein was okay. Only had two bites of the rice and a bite of warmed up cabbage egg roll. Not to impressed.
