This is the worst place I have ever called on for service while traveling. my order came to $9.20 and the lady kept telling me I needed to spend $10, so I did and then I used a coupon for 10% off and was told I had to order something else to make it $10. She was very unreasonable, rude and just plain ignorant. After about 30 sec, I asked her did she really want to lose a customer over 90 cents when they are located right across the street from my hotel. She just kept saying 10 dollar...10 dollar. Finally I said its not worth the headache. I am one person, I ordered what I wanted to eat and then some and still she could not see reason. As much as I travel I will say I will never go to or order from the China House ever and all my business associates will be fore warned. I can deal with mediocre food, but I cant deal with bullies and ignorance.

I love Chinese food and have tried many places around town. Construction has blocked my pathway to conveniently get to my favorite food spots. The people here didnt give me any issues and they are quick. However, if you love Chinese like I do its extremely flavorless. I ordered pepper steak assuming nobody could mess that up! They didnt mess it up but they didnt spice it up either. I like places that add water chestnuts, bamboo shoots and flavor. The meat at this place I could chew for days. If you have a significant other who is a plain Jane they would probably love it!! Wouldnt order from here again but wish them the best of luck!

I love the China House in Maumee. The ladies who answer the phones and work with customers are the sweetest. Sure, their English is less than stellar, but who cares? They make great food (I suggest the $1 upcharge to make the chicken white meat instead of dark meat), the portions are generous and its a no-frills, family-run gig. A+

Over charged me 10$, said they would just credit my next order instead of having their delivery driver bring it to me. Called to order tonight and the woman that answers the phone pretty much calls me a liar and says that it never happened and will not credit my order. Should have driven up there that night..

There are several closer Chinese restaurants to us but My wife and I prefer this Chinese restaurant for to go food. They have always been nice and prompt for us over the last 5+ years. I always pay cash and pick up my order. I never have had any issues with this place or its food.

We get take-out regularly from here. When we moved to Ohio we tried a number of Chinese restaurants and this is the best that weve had. Note that although there are a couple tables, this is not a sit-down resturant.

No idea what riddick is talking about, theres not even a hotel near that are. Weve always had good food and good service there. the $10 thing at a lot of restaurants is because of using a credit card.

Was not impressed!! Ordered 3 meals along with egg rolls. Almond boneless chicken, were just chicken fingers without any vegies. Quite expensive for very little food. Tasteless and disappointing!
