Why even stay open when no one answers the phones? Ordered mashed potatoes with gravy and a famous bowl off the $5 fill up menu. Got potatoes and no gravy, no gravy on my famous bowl, and no biscuit or cookie. Took forever to make our food and everyone in the store were rude. Sad that I have to drive 20 extra minutes just for better quality food because they cant do their jobs. Wont be going back!

I wish I could rate this place 0 stars. The cashier didnt know what he was doing. It took him 15 minutes just to attempt to take our order. When a customer came up to complain that she was waiting for her food for 20 minutes. There were only two other customers in the restaurant by the way. I said forget about it and I left! Good thing I dont live in the area because I will never go here again!!!

The only thing friendly about this place was the customers. They were nice and talkative while I waited for my food. There were only three of us in the store and I was kept waiting for my meal for ten minutes. The cashier was rude and didnt even greet me. Good thing I dont live here, because Id never come again.

I wish I could rate this with no stars but thats not an option. The workers are so rude and the cashier took a phone call on her personal phone as we stepped up to order. Another customer came inside to complain about their service to a manager. The manager was mean to them as well. Lol

This particular fast food establishment needs new management. One look at the people who work there is enough to make anyone turn around and walk out the door. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else because the food is about as appealing as the employees are; not at all!!!

I DO live very near here and wont be back. Dont count the one star. Its only there to add a comment! Chicken pieces very small. Didnt taste like kfc. When I called there phone kept hanging up on me. Manager knew that. Third time I called. No one would answer the phone.

The rootbeer tap was not working, the person cooking said "make sure you check the chicken before you sell it." And floor has still not been cleaned since the original review noting the place is a mess. Bad stop.

Very dirty, and A&W didnt give me a mug, kinda killed the effect . Took forever our food, and i waited at the counter for 10 minutes before they could give me my sons BBQ sauce. Id rather go to the McDonalds.

The 3 people working here on a Friday night were excellent, but the quick service suffered due to lack of more workers. Mangement needs to hire more crew it will take almost a half hour to get your food

Absolutely horrible. Waited in drive thru 20 minutes for A zinger meal. Food was cold they got my side wrong and got the drink wrong and forgot the root beer float. Never again

Came here coming home from Chicago went in line with about 15 over people out of 15 minutes only 1 of the 15 one of us in line got our food I left and went over to burger King
