I did like the food that was made for me to take to go. But the service by a marisolicorlena if how ever you spell her name is. The fact is not who she was but how she behaved. Out of respect as I went into the store she said hello then as I said hello I told her that it was to go and not for here. So then instead of say well sit at this table and wait till your order is up she had us follower her and had us stand and then asked what we would like to order. Then as I gave her my debit card to take she then went to another waitress who was not far but only five feet of where I was standing for the code to be put into the cash register so that my debit be read. From there she gave me two receipts. One for me to keep and one for me to sign. As I was finishing signing the receipt. I lifted my head to see that she was talking to another waitress and braiding her hair so since I had the little black card or maybe cash holder or what ever you call that black thing that holds the receipt. I put the one receipt that went back to her in that bill fold and placed it by the computer so that she would know where it was and then I was still standing during the whole thing when I ask my daughter of 12 yrs old would she want to sit in the chair that was by the computer. My daughter said no so then finally I told her we will sit at the stable that was on the side of the computer not the cash register. From there she passed the table and said your order will be up and when it does I will ring a bell. Then I told her wow you have to ring a bell she said yes. So I waited to hear a bell of some kind instead I finally looked up and realized that the order was on a counter top where the chair I had told my daughter to sit on was at. Then that is when the waitress again passed on by and said I told your daughter that your food was ready. Then that is when I replied you told my daughter she doesnt speak Spanish. After that I stood up picked up the white bag that had our order in and grabbed my purse and told my daughter to go to the truck. See one thing I really dont like is letting my kids know when I am mad or upset or when something is bothering me. So as my girl left I asked the waitress what is your name she said mariealieanasolis or something like that. Now that is where I was going to leave that conversation at. So as I walked out not so happy. I stopped to the store that was on the left side of it and sat to let my emotion go so as my child not to see my face mad. As that was going on there was a UPS truck in front of me, so I walked in front of it as I did so I had to of looked in front of me to see in front of the door restaurant. No one was there and I walked to my truck and as I walked to the truck I noticed my kid was out the truck and asked if I was ok I told her yes lets go and that is when I turned around to see the waitress. That meant she walked out of the store to the truck after the fact all that was done. She asked if things were ok and that is when I told my child to go into the truck cause I did not want to have her hear me be loud. Now This lady asked again if I was ok then I told her no. Then told her she had bad service. I told her exactly what I have just text that I felt she had did nor was there a sorry to what was being said. I was so mad It was a bad place to go get food. Bad service. I may not be a rich women or someone important but the thing is it should not matter a customer is a customer. My money was good and My child had come from a doctors visit and that is not what I wanted to have had happened, but it did. By the way treat all you customers alike. Dont treat me different cause you may think different about me. Like I said good food bad service.

La comida esta buena pero el servicio de las meseras es muy malo atienden con mala actitud el gerente o el dueño deberian poner mas atencion estube en ese lugar ase 2 dias me tube que salir por que pasaron 15 minutos y nadie nos atendio solo pasaban las meseras no avia muchos clientes para desir que estaban ocupadas a nadie le recomendaria ése lugar

80% of the time to-go orders are wrong, and one time I think they cooked my food with soap still on the pan. My food tasted like soap. Its getting 2 stars, because when no errors are made the food is pretty good. I hear there is karaoke on Friday, or Saturday. Adendum: This establishment appears to be under new management. No problems yet. Will update if it gets bad again. Im very happy too. This place is right by my house. Adendum 2: I give up. Dont eat here. That is my recommendation. To give a reference. I live a mile away from this place, but I will be traveling 6 miles up the road for my Mexican food from now on. I cant afford to throw my money away.

Good food at a reasonable price. The price is slightly higher than some other similar restaurants, but still competitive, and the quantities are substantially more. If you are like me, and enjoy having leftovers to take home for a meal or a snack later, this is a great place to eat. Thus far, Ive always opted for carry-out rather than eating in, but the restaurant would be a good place to watch sports as there are several small TVs around and a large screen TV in the front of the dining room. The service is always friendly and fast.

Food is good, but the lack of attention from your server is horrible.. It takes thirty minutes just to get a cheese dip.. I see special service given to some but my family and I have visited over five times and each trip is the same with the service.. Even a fight has broke out in front of my niece, nephew and my son. Well the sixth time is not the charm on service but the food is good.. You be the judge but dont say I didnt warn you if your food is cold, or you never see a refill..

Good prices, Solid food, good spicing of the salsa dip. This is a really good choice if youre looking for a Mexican restaurant near Southern Hills Hospital with good parking. The wait staff is friendly. One of the best Latin American restaurants on Nolensville road and that is saying a lot. The only negative is the chairs are getting abit worn out. They really need to change some of them out Added plus; Several of the waitresses are stunningly beautiful.

Tried to order over the phone, but the lady didnt know the prices. She told me she will called back with prices and the lady called with higher than usual prices because they change them on weekends. They can not change orders that are already submitted. Ask to speak to manager and I could hear the whole conversation while on "hold". The unprofessional manager name Jonathan stated if we complained about prices we could go to McDonald. Terrible service.
