Prices are good and food is pretty ok. Now as for one of the reviews I read about this place about it being authentic Mexican food I can strongly disagree. Im Hispanic and lived in the Lavergne area for over 11 years, never found a true authentic Mexican rst except this place called el arroyo (which was sadly taken down couple years back). Margarita house uses canned beans, and not to sound pretentious but I know the difference between real homemade Mexican Beans and canned. Still it is fairly decent food, when they first opened the food was fresh and the staff were attentive and nice and now youd be lucky to get anything fresh and have to flag someone down to get something. Fairly decent place but authentic, no. Some people love canned beans, so to each their own. Margaritas sometimes would be watery, but I stick with a good cold beer (at least theyre cold)

way better than the one on Lowry street! This one always has great service and good food. The one on Lowry street has terrible service and food is rarely hot when it arrives the hardly refill chips and drinks you have to hunt down the waiter I hate that! This one is great waiter checks back frequently and stays on top of her tables its a great place to go and great prices

The food is good but I like margaritas so does my wife which dont drink much and she had a jumbo and did not even get a buzz pretty sure they do not but any liquor in them and charge quite a bit very disappointed. And this is not the first time. So if you enjoy margaritas I would go elsewhere.

Recently found this place. The food is really good, close to my work and fairly priced. Only downside is the lack of attention the servers give to their customers. Ive had to get up and find someone and ask for my check nearly every time. With that being said, I still rate this place a 4/5.

My wife and I live in the area and eat here several times a month. Food is good, prices are reasonable, although service can be spotty at times, but that goes for many other restaurants around here. Glad to see a restaurant finally stick in this location.

Second bad experience at this place. Manager is very unprofessional. Left my to go box and got home in 15 minutes. Manager said they keep food for 30 minutes before throwing away. 30-15=15 hombre. Wont be coming back.

Nice service. Food was good as expected from a genuine Mexican restaurant. Best part, sitting on their patio. While the location is close to the highway, they have booths outside. Great hole in the wall!!
