WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Last night 2/12/16 was my sons first birthday. Decided to go out. We have been here a couple of times. Waitress did not refill our cups not one time, we had to take our plates and try to put them on a side table which we were talked very rude to for doing this but we were a party of 5 at a small booth what do you expect. On our second round of plates, our check came. What! They were rushing people out. I seen this happen to a table beside us, so it was not just happening to us. 2 guys sat down, 5 mins later check came, they even asked server why. He said I just figured yall were about to get dessert. Then the waitress watched me paid, I paid cash, then came to table looking for her tip. With my family and I still seating there. First time in my life I have never left no tip because if this behavior and it was all because of customer service. Food was great, get it to go.

This was one of the worst experiences i have ever had in a restaurant - if you can call it that. I wanted to leave from the moment i was seated, which took 15 because no one was managing the front reception area. This place is like eating at a Chuckee Cheese, its a complete circus with tons of tiny children running around everywhere unsupervised. The parents seem to just let them go and half of them were screaming or jumping around at tables nearby. The food they put out is a joke. It makes Panda Express look like a Michelin star winner. I tried the hibachi... 25 minutes later i received my plate of burnt rice, mushy chicken, and still RAW shrimp bits. Disgusting. Needless to say i did not fill up on food here. Stay away from this disaster of a place, go to regular sushi bar or chinese place instead. The buffet is $11.50 when all is said and done, and to be honest, they should be paying you to eat in this cafeteria.

Food was cold so my wife ate 2 bowls of soup and we talked to the manager at least giving us 1/2 off her meal he basically called me and My wife a liar and said she ate 5 plates and he was very rude waitress was very rude Ive been a customer her since opening night and used to love this place... save your money do not eat here....they have another restaurant in Madison which has way better customer service and food which is called hibatchis there were also no parking spaces so I had to park in the back where the employees park and they had the kitchen door open and also seen where multiple employees were spitting in the food right there while they were cooking it...eat at hibachis. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! P.s some of the reviews on here from this restaurant are made by the employees just to even out the bad reviews so they make themselves seem good so dont go by some of these 5 star rating reviews

La variedad de platillos no fue lo que yo esperaba, el servicio del mesero fue muy rudo, como cliente es agradable escuchar un hola buenas tardes, el no dijo ni miau, leyó el ticket de las bebidas y las colocó en una esquina de la mesa y allí quedaron, le pedí por favor te caliente chino y me trajo una tetera con agua caliente y dos sobres de té, el green chino se prepara con agua hirviendo. (No agua caliente)

have u ever felt like your making a horible decisition but cant do any thing about its before its to late?went 2 this restraunt few day ago with my freind from. outoftown. ShoCKED BY the extrememly low quality of all there food. the apiteazers were cold and stail most of the food was very dry and taste of oil and vinnagor. and the sushi was verry touch and hard to chaw. they had a RANDOM EGG just sotting out their on the buffet and i cracked it open thinking its a boild egg but it was RAW!! RAW I TELL YOU PEOPLE, RAWWWW!!!!!!!!!! odd smell in the dining arena that made me loose my apostate quickley,could not stomick most of it &my freind ended up geting vary sick that nite i felt so guilty for doing rhat to her..WOULD NOT RECOMMAND THIS RESTRAUNT TO ANY ONE WHO DOESNT WANT TO BE DISCUSTED WITH THEMSELF! stay away

Not sure whats up with all of the negative reviews? I visited this buffet today and had a great experience. There are some rude signs posted about being charged by the pound if you waste food and that you have to have your receipt handy when walking out the door (what is this, Sams Club?) but I dont think the owner realizes how rude it is. Different cultures are more blunt and I dont think southerners comprehend that. The service I had there was great. Every associate I interacted with was nice and attentive. The general tsos chicken wasnt very flavorful but everything else I ate was great.. especially my plates from the hibachi grill. This place isnt *quite* as good as my beloved 88 Buffet back home in Huntsville, AL but its pretty close. I would visit again.

The food was awesome! Everything was fresh and the servers were friendly. If you can think of the dish they probably have it. I would rate the restaurant a 10 if I could. However, I will not be going back there with my wife unless we are both carrying a gun. I mean really? At 3:30 in the afternoon as we are leaving, someone came up asking for money and hinting strongly that he wanted a ride while staring at my wifes purse. I made it apparent that I was ready for whatever he was about to try. I will not be putting my wife in that situation again so sadly we will miss out on the delicious food. Maybe if they get an armed guard that stands outside all the time we will be back....

We had been going to this place for some time the last couple times its really gone down hill. There were no clean bathrooms when we walked in and when I told them they were dirty they did nothing but go flush toilets. The food was cold and service was horrible. We were talking and werent finished eating and the server stood there until my husband signed the receipt and stood there til he wrote the tip. We told the manager of how dissapointed we werr and he didnt care that we were disatisfied even after being loyal customers. He did nothinf but male excuses as to why things were bad and didnt apologize. We wont be going back after tonight. I wouldnt reccomend my enemies even going there.

BEWARE: if you are using a credit card make sure you check your receipt. We were charged double for our meal, and didnt catch it until we viewed our bank statement on line. Unfortunately, we had throw away the receipt and only had the bank statement showing the double charge. The manager did not honor stated, "it could be from another Hibachi", the bank could have recoupe the money to much trouble. Because we are regular customers we didnt expect to be treated like we were trying to get something for nothing. Also there is a sign posted 30% charge for food you dont eat on your plate. Overall food is good I dont dislike it because of the food, for poor customer services.
