Worst Place EVER....I go to order a pound of steamed shrimp, and it came out looking like not much....anyways, I gave them a try...And the Shrimp were not even cleaned....They still had their DIRT LINE in them....I took one bite, and spit it back out....I told the waiter that they were not any good, and had an awful taste because of the fecal line in them...So they asked if wanted to order anything else, ok i did, and got a hamburger....So the burger comes out, NO FLAVOR at all....I didnt even eat half of it....I asked for my check, and the waiter brings it out, and just leaves it on the table quickly and runs off..Knowing i was going to be pissed off......I look at the ticket and they still charged me $20.00 for the shrimp that i sent back to them....I asked him to take it off, he said he had to ask his manager....So i wait another 15 mins, and I get a reply from him saying, his manager said "Its not our fault, we didnt mess up your order, so we cant refund you" .....I told him not to worry, and that they will be losing a customer...I didnt want to cause a scene, and just paid the bill....But that was my FIRST TIME and LAST TIME I WILL EVER GO THERE!!!!!!

Im not one of those people that complain. I normally eat my food and enjoy my outing. Tonight we tried your resturant in Antioch. The service was awful. The waitress didnt know anything about the menu. She didnt know what was on tap. She said that I should just order something else. I ordered the "painted" burger. When she brought it out she said "we dont make Tangy Turtle Sauce" any more. She said, we only have ranch. I dont want ranch, I want what was on the menu. She then went away and came back. She said they were going to make up something like the sauce and the guy cooking was making it special for me, as she giggled. I stopped eating because I am quite sure they are messing with the food. My husband ordered the Philly cheesesteak. He didnt eat it. The meat tasted like it had turned and had no seasoning on it at all. We even order the sampler as an appetizer. So tonight I will pay for all this food, and never return. I will also tell everyone I know how awful it is here. People shouldnt waste money on this. We would have done better to go to McDonalds. Seriously I dont know how they are in buisness.

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars! I ordered lemon pepper wings and they came out the color red. I tasted them and they clearly were not lemon pepper. I asked for them to be remade. The manager came to the table and yelled at me then walked off. Telling me how many they sell and thats how they make them. When I told the waitress that I didnt want them he came back to the table yelling again and told me not to come back! I told him he didnt have to worry, that I would NEVER return. He then told security that I needed to pay for drinks that I didnt consume. I feel that the establishment discriminated against me because of my race as well. I have never been treated as horribly as they treated me. I will be filing multiple complaints with any and everyone that can hear me.

Awesome food! Absolutely *TERRIBLE* service! God awful service and management that doesnt care! Great for take-out when you dont have to actually be there.......and when they dont leave the phone off the hook to keep from having to take to-go orders. Late at night, the music is so loud I cant hear the waitress thats 2ft from my ear and I have to scream my order at the top of my lungs and worry if she could even make out what my order even was. This place has sooooo much potential but they are focused more on trying to be like Hooters and hiring pretty girls instead of competent wait staff. I have had good experiences here, but the bad experiences currently outweigh the good. I hope they improve because the food really is that good.

Every time we decide to give this place another shot the service ruins it! The food here is ok if you can ever get someone to take your order! I just cant believe that we came into this place and the person said "sit where ever you like" and then just ignored us for over 30 min! My wife and I just got up and left without having anyone acknowledge us or even get a drink order. I think the problem is that the wait staff is quite young and is more willing to help/socialize with the other young patrons. They dont realize that we would have been one of the best tips all night! Oh well, if your looking to have your thirst and hunger quenched dont go to the thirsty turtle!

When Baileys up the street shut down my crew went in search of a new venue for our weekly meet ups. The two for one select beers on Tuesdays was very attractive for us but when you have a decent selection who really wants two of the same beer when they could be half price and allow for variety instead? Cramped yet half the restaurant is roped off for dinner reason. Some of the TVs really need their settings adjusted it to be replaced completely. One of my buddies watched the manager pull a gun on a patron in the parking lot who didnt like that he was cut off and was trying to start something. Probably a one time thing but really? Doubt my crew will become regulars.

Wings and tacos are good & margaritas, the service is terrible though, every time my friend and I go to the bar we are sitting there at least 10 minutes before anyone acknowledges us. Last night my mom and I went and sat at a table that was dirty but the cleanest we saw, our waitress was doing good until she walked out of the door with another customer (male) and disappeared for like 10 minutes. Another waitress was sitting at a table behind us with more customers acting like she was at a family BBQ, cussing and dropping the N word like no tomorrow, the girls butts are practically hanging out of their shorts, food is good, atmosphere & service is terrible

My coworker and I had a horrible experience while coming in for lunch. The place was not busy at all, there was only 1 table in the place and a few people at the bar. We sat there and waited and waited for the bartender/waitress to wait on us. She was leaning up against the bar talking to the guys sitting at the bar, said she would be right with us but seemed too busy to come out from behind the bar to do so. When she finally did come to take our order she was unfriendly and seemed like we were just annoying her. This is the 2nd time weve had the experience in the last month. We wont be coming back for lunch any longer.

The drinks are strong, the food is mediocre and the crowd is pretty rowdy. How rowdy you ask? A woman tried to start a fight with my friend and I at the bar because her husband asked us how long it took for our wings to arrive. We told him verbatim "pretty fast". That was the entire interaction. Also, (same night) a male patron started an argument with a bartender because she swiped his card to cover his tab. You read that correctly. He was angry because she used the form of payment he provided to cover his tab. It was a twenty minute argument.
