The management and leadership of 404 Bar and Grill (404 Elysian Fields Rd, Nashville, TN 37211) is a joke. I planned my 31st birthday party at the venue Dec10, 2016...back in August. Owner and management new about the party, and placed me on there so called calendar. Eight days before my party, I am notified that they book an additional party and I will have to share the venue. I was very frustrated and the management would not do right by me to cancel the additional party booked the Friday after thanksgiving (unfortunately my invitations were printed and entertainment had been booked). Needless to say, I spent $1300.00 in entertainment and the other party enjoyed my planned event of entertainment on me (we ended up with 2 DJ). 404 management refused to compensate me (except for half of my expenses for my DJ) and so did the party plan Al Winters. Needless to say the other party became rude during my live music concert of a local artist, and a verbal altercation began. Both parties were separated by my personal security that I hired. My night ended with me in tears and both parties eventually leaving the facility irate . 404 profited from all of the drinks bought and made out well. I would not recommend this venue to anyone. The leadership is greedy and does not have any integrity. Direct owner include Henrik and senior operation Benny. The rude and petty bar manager name is T.J. These individuals and this business need to be closed down for their business practices and lack of integrity. Just know if you plan an event or gathering there, there is a chance that they will double book you at the last minute and play you financially. The only reason they receive one star is because the system requires it. .

Went there yesterday for the first time with my sisters.. Service was absolutely terrible the bartender was very unfriendly we had food and drinks and not one time did she ask us if everything was okay or if the food was good. She stood there talking to one person the entire hour and half we were there. WILL never go there AGAIN!

Decent in almost all aspects. Except sound system which was very good. Great place to host a writers night. Food is cheap, drinks are adequate for the price. Service was friendly and efficient. Tiny parking lot unless you count the empty lot across the street, which may or may not be allowed.

Okay for the entertainment. Food is same, medium rated. Could use better air conditioning because it gets really hot in the evenings with lots of people. It also lacks a drink menu so you have to ask what they have and how much is it.
