After waiting an hour for my food we finally asked if our was coming up soon, it was pizza and wings. A security guards went to go check on it and after 15 mins he came back and told us he was sorry but they had forgotten about our food but left it in the oven and later found it burnt and told us not to worry about it. His manager told us our bill would be covered. Three hours later, I received a message from the server stating we had to pay our bill or else they would report us. I informed her of what happened and she started to screenshot my messages and said she was giving them to her manager. So at 2 am after I had walked home, I walked back (1.5 miles) to High tops to pay my bill that I shouldnt have had to pay for totaling up to $120.00. They had charged me for my food I NEVER received and the manager was rude as hell. The food we did receive was terrible. For the owner who owns another pizza place, you think it would be better. This place will not last. Save your money!! I will never return to this establishment!!!!!

In the 14 years Ive lived in Bowling Green this is by far the worst food and service experience Ive had. Went with a group at lunch time and it was not crowded at all. After ordering, it took a hour before anyones food arrived and when it did only half of us got our food. Another 15minutes passed and a few more in our group received their food. One in our group never received his food (1.5hr wait). As for the food when it arrived it was cold and terribly bland. The combination made it inedible. We had to ask for napkins and silverware, ketchup for our fries (which we never received) and I waited over thirty minutes for a drink refill that never came. Only good thing from the experience is the manager said she would take care of our bill, which was nice of her considering we either didnt receive or eat the terrible food. The bad was almost two hours of a day was wasted and we all left hungry. I wouldnt recommend this place to an enemy and would take my chances with starving than going back there again.

Why is there a loud, obnoxious bar right across from student living? Some of us like to come home to study or...you know... sleep. How can anyone get this done when this garbage hole is blasting music from 8pm to 2am? Its nice and all that you think that all of us are a bunch of lazy slackers but some of us have exams and essays to write, and I dont want to listen to Panda by Desiigner for the 15th time in the middle of the night, or hear whatever desperate performer on the rooftop bar scream "ARE YOU READY TO GET F**KED UP" on a Wednesday night over and over again.

The level of maturity the owner showcases could be compared to a 14 year kid who just learned his first cuss word. Exhibit A. from the screenshot given is the owners response to his now ex-employees two-week notice. Not only does the owner showcase immaturity he couldnt manage pouring sand out his shoes if the directions were on the sole. The poor management skills, the level of immaturity and lack of restaurant knowledge shows through the poor experience one would have visiting this child daycare that the owner calls a bar.

Terrible service (took 25 mins for anyone to even ask us what we wanted to drink)Terrible food. My fiance and her friend had the worst cocktails they had ever had. Took over 30 mins to get my beer, never could get another. Waitress was either intoxicated or just didnt care about anything period. And for some reason they have 4 guys who seem to be security guards standing around looking fresh out of county staring at everyone and flirting with the less than classy mostly female wait staff.

Great place for cheap drinks and good food! Definitely think there were some kinks being worked out which explains the bad reviews. (This is expected with a new business) Ive been here several times and its getting a lot better. Give it another chance, I can tell they are making changes for the better! As for the serving staff, my servers have been very sweet and attentive. Also I heard through the grapevine that the rooftop bar is opening soon.

Went there for Taco Tuesday. The bar was moderately full however we were not greeted right away and ended up unnecessarily waiting to order drinks and appetizers. Two of our party(out of 5) had their beer orders incorrect and it took over an hour( about 75 mins) from the time that we ordered until we got our food. The servers were inattentive and more concerned with playing on their phones than checking on their customers.

Great place for a big crowds. Does take a long time to get drinks. Ive lived in denver (clubbed) and sometimes it takes longer than it would there. Over all the roof top is where its at. I hope they get better bands coming. I could help find yall gigs that bring bigger crowds lol. All and all hightops is a great place to go no joke.

Terrible service. The security guard tried to break my ID because he thought it was fake even though Im 23. SO incredibly rude. Not a fan of the food, and the management is horrible. Take the $5 High Tops charges for a cover across the street and get you a couple $2 you-call-its at Hilligans.

Dont waste your time or money. Owner doesnt care anything about customer satisfaction and very rude. And Facebook ratings must be fake considering every other place I find its rarely above two stars. Shouldve checked elsewhere before hand. Beware.

Waited quite a while for bland food. Just another bar in bg that isnt meant for families to eat dinner at. Also seemed quite expensive. Employees seem unexperienced and too pre occupied with "cute" guys or their friends.

New restaurant doesnt have its food figured out. Nothing was seasoned or cooked properly, subpar. Had a great conversation with the manager about improvements. Will give it another try after theyve had time to improve.

WHO THOUGHT IT WAS A GOOD IDEA TO PUT AN OUTDOOR BAR RIGHT ACROSS FROM STUDENT APARTMENTS THIS PLACE IS OBNOXIOUSLY LOUD. Also, the food was terrible along with the service. Horrible place.

Good experience. Honestly cant beat some of their beer prices. Dance floor was good and the pinball machines sealed the deal. Cant wait to go back!
