SO.... WAITED 5 MINS JUST TO PLACE A TO-GO ORDER???? THEN WAS TOLD I CANT PAY FOR THE ORDER OVER THE PHONE???? ANY OTHER PLACE IN TOWN YOU CAN PAY OVER THE PHONE BUT NOT HERE???? RIDICULOUS....AND SARA WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE HAS THE WORST ATTITUDE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED AT A RESTAURANT I WOULD ADVISE SHE NOT ANSWER THE PHONE IF YOU WANT ANY BUSINESS SHE CLEARLY IS ANNOYED THAT YOU ARE EVEN TRYING TO PLACE AN ORDER.......WONT BE BACK....

OVERPRICED! They said they added 55 new items to the salad bar...? Not hardly! What they did do was, take away all entrees that included a salad in the price. Now you pay $$ for an entree, and get to pay $1.99 more if you drop the 2 side items and $3.99 more if you want include a salad. My husband and I ended up both having burgers. With the tip it ended up costing us $30! We WONT be back to Ruby Tuesdays!

Just all around a bad experience tonight. Usually very good. Had to send steak back. It was overcooked. After asking for 2 different vegetables that they was out of... Got fried zucchini and it was bland. Ask for A-1. Almost had steak eaten when waiter remembered it.

Peyton was so full of life!! Whenever he took my order my heart skipped a beat. When I looked into his eyes I could see my future..... the food was good too :) would suggest this to absolutely ANYONE. BEST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE (except fin fushion)!!

Grilled zucchini is exceptionally good. Steak was ok. Salad bar was fine. Pumpkin cheesecake was surprisingly good, not too sweet. Service aimed to please. Honestly this is the best in Shelbyville

Extremely overpriced! I have eaten at Connors in Franklin, 3 people, cost for GREAT food around $40. There 2 people, okay food, $60 with tip! Insane. Will NEVER eat there again.
