My family and I (20 people) went out to dinner here a few weeks ago for my husbands birthday and to celebrate family being here from Germany. They didnt bat an eye about us having such a large group and the service was prompt and everything came out perfectly. Our son has life threatening food allergies -to eggs, garlic, and leeks- which are very hard to handle at restaurants, so we rarely go out. We had heard amazing things about how accommodating Red Robin was to food allergies and we were not disappointed. The manager came over to hand us their allergen menu which contains the information for the "Top Eight" and speak to us about what could be done for the garlic issues. The manager we worked with actually has food allergies herself, so she knows how hard it is to eat out and how important it is to do everything possible to avoid contamination. Our server was on top of making sure she got our order correctly and the manager personally made our food. The burger was done on the grill with aluminum foil down and clean utensils and the fries cooked in their "allergen fryer" which is reserved only for fries. They had no problem with us bringing in our own homemade pickles and ketchup. Our food was even brought out on a completely separate tray so that there was no risk of touching other food and accidentally cross-contaminating with his allergens. Not only were they accommodating and providing great service, the food was also delicious. Our extended relatives from Germany got a great "American Experience" when it came to the food served. Next time we decide to venture out and eat at a restaurant, we will keep Red Robin in mind. Thank you to the management and servers who helped us have a great night out!

We came to Red Robin having never experienced what surely must be a great burger, being as we are bombarded by their advertisements in our home town and we dont even have a RR. I ordered an A1 peppercorn burger, my wife a fish and chips, and my kids both got kids meals. We also got a tower of onion rings as an app and 2 beverages. Total: $52. While my kids enjoyed their meals and my wife seemed to enjoy hers, I failed to see what the hype of this place is. My burger, for which they pride themselves, was dry and tasted no better than something you would get at your local tavern. The sauce was ok (A1 peppercorn sauce), but thats it. It was small and wasnt worth the $11 they charged for it. The service was great, but nothing about the food was spectacular. Save your money and hit up one of the other chains on this street.

We love Red Robin when we are wanting something other than the regular burger, but the one in Evansville is the worst we have ever visited. This was our second (and last) visit to this particular location. The first visit was not great, (they were out of quite a few things and service took forever) but we really wanted a Red Robin burger so decided to give them another try. It took 10 minutes before our waitress showed up to take our order. We never seen her again and after about another 30 minutes of sitting there with empty glasses and appetizer plates, we cancelled our order and left. They acted like they could care less. Dont be discouraged about Red Robin because of this poor location, they can be really good! Just choose another location.

I was there with two other people. The waitress was very kind and service was average. But what really ruined the experience for me was the fact I had to send my burger back THREE times. My burger looked like a hockey puck! My friend I was with also had a burnt burger. I told them "a little pink" multiple times. I insisted I didnt want the burger but the manager, after taking my plate FOR THE THIRD TIME, said "give me two minutes I will go make it" waited about ten minutes, no burger. Then as he walked back he gave attitude when I asked him for a to-go box for it since I waited ten minutes for a burger I didnt even want.

Food great. Service awful and Im usually very forgiving but when there are 12 open tables and a 45 minute wait so I eat at the bar and I still wait 30plus minutes for my food and find out my dessert hasnt even been ordered I get upset. Results in a negative review. Choose another place to eat in evansville until they figure it out is my suggestion. Hopefully theyll get it figured out soon as I like this place!!!

Bathroom provides a fun atmosphere in which to rest. A mens room that provides seat covers is a luxury that is always appreciated. Music is at a volume that prevents overhearing the person in the stall next to you. Array 2 ply toilet tissue. Paper towel holder was clogged dampening an otherwise perfect experience. Over all experience 4.5 out of 5ply.

Red Robin tends to be consistent regardless of the location. This one is no different. Nothing really sets this one apart. The parking is a bit difficult, but thats not a knock on them. If you like a burger and dont mind the weird seating arrangements that Red Robin offers up, you wont be disappointed. Our wait staff has always been good here, though.

Overpriced hamburger with soso service. My order wasnt even what I ordered but I was in a hurry so I just didnt complain and ate it. Hamburger was good but probably not any better than some better fast food places. Last experience was years ago after they opened and this was about the same as the first experience. Way to expensive for what you get.

Good food but really bad service. Had to wait 15 minutes despite a lot of open tables. Waiter was very friendly but not attentive. He didnt realize they were out of onion rings until some time after taking our order which further increased the time to get our food. Service was very slow despite it not being busy. Was never offered more fries.

Its our second Red Robin that we visited during the weekend. The french onion soup was VERY salty, the chips with artichoke and spinach appetizer were not as crispy as the other one, the chicken teriyaki was good, and the keep it simple burger was alright. The service is good. Just a not as expected with the foods.

The burgers (I got the A1 Peppercorn Burger) are amazing - fire grilled... Yum! The hostess who seated is was super-nice. We (me and my wife) waited 15 minutes for the rest of our party and as we were waiting, our server offered us a free basket of fries... How awesome is that.

Ive always heard good things about them BUT my wife and I stopped one night to eat and the service was terrible, the food was cold and we both ended up sick. Maybe we just went on the wrong night.
