First, took 19 mins total from getting in line (behind car that pulled in same time) to transaction done. Arriving around 5:20 am! Ordered :breakfast waffle sandwich with bacon instead of sausage. Received it with sausage. (Thank you, coworker liked breakfast) Ordered large orange no ice. Received orange with extra ice! I used a bank card to pay and never received a receipt of any kind. My suggestion don t text on your phone while taking and filling orders. Rather yet, when you dont have customers.

Lifelong fan of the slider, normally. Stopped by here Jan 13, 2013 ordered 4 to go. The worst sliders Ive ever had and this includes my 10 years in the navy. Dry, cold, Dry and Dry. The meat was fused to the bottom bun and flaked off when I tried to lift it off. Poor management on follow up calls and with the 800-THE-CRAVE not much better. Skip this one and go the taco bell for your late night crave. CW

I had a simple order, 9 pc chicken ring, small fry, and 2 sliders (no salt on the fries). When I got home open the bag to see the 2 sliders were not there and the fries had salt! They asked me to pull up and wait for the fries! When I went back, the young boy was grinning when I told him about my order! They really need to stop letting these little immature kids run the restaurant!

Glenda and Jake are both fantastic here. Every time we are by there, they both are very nice, happy and helpful. There is one manager there that is rude to her staff. Its sad because they do an exceptional job in spite of her poor attitude and snippy remarks to them.

I waited for a half hour for my order and they didnt offer any Mustard. I figured it was in my bag.. But no.. And my onion chips tasted old.. Very disappointed. I can usually count on white castle for good service and food.. Not today .

Save your money go somewhere else!!! Who eats shrimp with honey mustard? Gross ..Just wasted money on dry shrimp they was out of cocktail sauce ask for sause they give with onion chips got honey mustard

It is kinda bad we where waiting at the window for 5-10 minutes to get are food almost all the workers are teenagers but good food but its white Castle thats probably what you should expect

Every time I come here they have you pull up to the second window and then give your food and walk away and the last three times they forgot something Ive had to sit here and blow my horn

Nasty they swept the floor but never picked it up with the dust pan. Its just filth laying I piles its almost summer and they dont even have the air conditioner on. Will not return.

Customer service was poor, food was OK, at least six dirty tables, no napkins in dispenser, area where drink lids are was dirty also. This location needs attention.

Went in for my 3 free cheeseburgers and had no problems. Restaurant was clean, staff was quick and friendly. Burgers were fresh and tasty!
