What a dichotomy here. The atmosphere is nice, which is what drew us there, and the waitstaff couldnt have been friendlier. They just opened in Florence and we wanted to try it. We were hooked until we tried our first bite. I made the mistake of getting the burning love burger, which may have been the worst burger Ive ever ordered. The meat was dry and tasteless, the fried jalapeno rings were soggy, and the cornmeal bun they put it on was dense and weird tasting. I tried my girlfriends burger, she got the classic, which we both also hated, hers wasnt quite as hideous, maybe a 1 out of 10 rating as opposed to mine which was about a negative 5. We joked that it would be great if Chef Gordon Ramsay yelled at these people and called them stupid donuts for calling that crap "gourmet." I was absolutely stunned that the place was packed. Either I so dont have my finger on the pulse of the culinary likes of the American public, or there were alot of people like us who were trying the place for the first time and will never be back. Theres no two ways about it, that food is just bad. Youre much better off going to Sonic or Rallys and getting a far superior burger for about a third of the price. You kids who are majoring in business might want to check the place out though purely as a learning experience, because if they can keep business humming while serving crap like that, they are marketing GENIUSES. Bottom line, atmosphere 7 out of 10. service 10 out of 10, food 0 out of 10.

We went in .. The host didnt even bother to open the door like they normally do. . But wasnt worried by it, I mean I could understand if they was busy or he was actually doing something but the place was dead.. so I picked up the menu to place my order and and I felt there was something on the menu that was wet. so after really looking at the menu I noticed that it was really nasty. so I told the waitress about the menu. she took it and put it to the side. we place our order with the other menu but noticed it was filthy also. I has a waitress to they wipe down the menus. she said yes at least once a month. I said seriously.. once a month .. She said ya. then the next thing you know I see the other waitresses coming out looking at us then the bartender. the waitress takes the menus and puts them back into the stack with the rest of them . Didnt wipe it down or anything .. So if they dont clean the menus but once a month .. just think how nasty the rest of the stuff this. we visited them on 01/27/12

Have been an RR customer since 2013. One the server did not ask how we wanted our burgers cooked. Two my 14 year old daughter ordered the chili and it was bad. It was old and tasted like straight pepper. An adult also tried the chili. It was bad enough we had the server bring her some milk that didnt help at all. Needless to say she threw up all the way home ( We live 4.5 miles away.) I have to keep an eye on her for possible food poisoning. Well see in a few hours. My wife didnt care for the food either. She says it was the worst RR shes ever had.

The food is always amazing, even better when you get what you ordered. Service is either the best ever or the worst, no in between...only problem is that more often it last on the horrid side. The last few times Ive been Ive had drink spilled on me, on visit root beer on my white dress shirt 3 separate times and no apology from the server. The food deserves 5 stars but the service 1.5

A chain specializing in burgers, Red Robin is generally overpriced and mediocre. I feel like every time I return the portions are smaller, the service is worse, and the prices are higher. Their bottomless root beer floats are nice (though they obviously use soft serve rather than real ice cream). Overall its hard to recommend given the pedestrian nature of the foods offered.

I feel ill every time I eat there. I keep hoping I am wrong then I go back and nope, no good. I think Worcestershire sauce is used in the burgers and au jus. The servers cant grasp "no green anything on my plate" or crispy fries. Im sure if we would be back even with gift card which is what brought us this time. The atmosphere is nice.

Absolutely HATE Red Robin! Their burgers used to be fresh made and juicy now even if you pay premium price for a fresh burger you get one of their "tavern" burgers which translated into laymens terms means FROZEN PATTIE! And after my sickness that came from my last visit AND the one b4 we WILL not be back!

No good the french fires werent fresh and barely warm it was 8:30 but friday night there were others in the restaurant and 6 of us they could have made fresh ones for us. Plus the charged me 3 bucks for seltzer water come on its water either way we live in Florence not far away and WONT BE BACK.

Lots of options for everyone, people who eat meat to vegans. Waitress said they were out of fries one time when we asked for our second order on the unlimited order which I doubt was true, and they seem a bit overpriced. Although overall a decent place to go to accommodate everyone.

Burgers are fine. Love the unlimited fries and root beer floats. But the wait at this place is always insane. A quote of about 10 minutes at the stand turned into 25 with another party of the same number as us getting seated first. Staff is obviously overworked and overwhelmed.

One of my FAVORITE places because they have a fantastic gluten free option and OH those garlic fries. YUM! one time service wasnt great and the manager followed us into the parking lot to make it right. Never had another experience that was anything other than 5 star service.

As others have said... food is excellent.. service and restroom horrid. Felt like we were on an assembly line..didnt ask if we wanted anything for desert and just closed out our bill. We finally got to place anow order for shakes and she brought them half fun in to-go cups...

Ate here on a Sunday morning, everyone was very friendly and helpful, food was served pretty quickly after ordering, everything was hot and fresh, Smoke and Pepper Burger was one of the best burgers I have had in awhile, I will definitely be coming back when I am in the area

Delicious food, reasonably priced. The service is generally great all-around; I think there was only one time on a weekday for lunch that they were a little slow and made a minor mistake on an order. Servers are attentive and the place is clean. Will continue to return.

Just like any other one. But do know that its always SILLY cold. So if youre a person that is usually cold; bring a jacket or youll be miserable. Idk what their blanket policy is but wish I had one. They lost a milkshake sale here. 2chilly4me.

I love it. Every time I go there its been great. The staff are friendly and the food is great. Voodoo Fries are by far the best appetizer they have on the menu. Cesar Salad is good too. Best Burgers around!
