I called for take outI took my grandson with me I had to pick the food from the bar so that meant that he had to wait at in the lobby which I didnt like if he would of been younger I not sure what I would of done. The food was just sitting at the bar in the sack not under anything keeping it warm. There should be signs to help guide you to where to pick the food up. The bartender I guess who helped me was very nice cause I had asked for more dressings she was helpful and got me more but took a long time to get back but she did get more and it was a bigger cup which it should of been in the first place so I wouldnt had to ask for more. It was pricey for what little you get. 2 kids hamburger with fries 2 $7.00 hamburger with fries 1 Mac & Cheese dinner and a side salad. Total coast $43.00 So was it worth the price? Ill probable never eat there again.

This was the first location in the Metro Indy area. And I will admit that they have their ups and downs when it comes to service. My visit was one of their downs. I felt that our server kept forgetting about us. She would be there one minute and then not come back for 15 minutes or longer at a time. Most of the time we sat there with empty drinks and fries. In fact because she would not be around we never were able to get more fries because we finished our entire meal. The food, however, has always been good. Yes, its a chain burger joint - but they cook their food correctly and have added a lot of options throughout the years.

I love this place. The Gourmet Burgers they boast are both inventive and the most delicious burgers Ive ever had. Bottomless steak fries are great, but Ive never made it past my first plate. Its just nice to know you can enjoy more if you need to. Youll end up paying more than you would per plate than, say, steak n shake, but when you realize steak n shake doesnt even begin to compete, youll be glad you did.

Ive eaten here two times so far and both times have been good experiences. Their wait-staff is always friendly. Both times Ive been here there has been a wait for a table . The food seemed to take a while to come out, but the restaurant has always been busy so I dont see it as an issue. If you like burgers and havent had Red Robin I would recommend giving it a try!

I love this place! The customer service is always great, and in the rare event that there is a problem--it will be fixed promptly and with a great attitude. I always get the Chicken Bruchetta burger, and cant get enough of the Garlic Fries--YUMMMMMMM!!!!!! The Burnin Love burger is another favorite, and you must try the strawberry lemonade! A+!!!!

Wasnt impressed, but at least they offered to wrap my burger in a multi-layered pile of lettuce since I cant have a regular bun. The patties are a bit bland and you can tell they dont pride themselves on quality, but rather enjoy the concept of quantity to feed the masses.

Our waitress arrived promptly, food was served timely, service was excellent, but went to the bathroom & on the way, the floors were so slick I could almost glide on the way to and from there. Needto get the local Sun King beer, seasonal products & give 5 stars.

Excellent food, but extremely expensive. Burgers are top notch, shakes are amazing, but youre going to have a hefty bill ($15-$20/person). As good as the food is, I have a hard time stomaching the cost for a BURGER! I could get steak across the street for less.

Standard Red Robin menu and food. Great service, food was fast and order filled accurately. Pretty good crowd for a mid afternoon (3-4pm) meal. The only downside was that computer went down for credit card processing during checkout, causing minor delays.

I love the burgers here. The endless fries are amazing pretty much all the food is great. Its got a good price too. If I were to complain I would say the greeting staff has tended to be a bit unfriendly but otherwise I love this location.

Relaxed attitude dining specialty being gourmet burgers. Seating is pretty quick except on weekends late and holidays. Decent prices with a wide selection of sandwiches. Alcohol is available local craft beer selection is getting better.

Not too expensive for an awesome burger. My favorite order is the jalapeño bun on the ghost burger. You have to ask them to replace the bun specifically. Same price. Good food. Friendly people. Weird payment kiosk on your table.

A place to actually make a drive to top get a good burger, worth the drive! Unlimited fries! The sauces keep your mouth watering too. Grab the sweet potato campfire fries with chocolate and marshmallow before they discontinue.

Last experience was very unpleasant. Food was overcooked, server was inattentive and environment was very loud. No attempts by management to rectify after complaint was submitted online. Will not go back to that location.

Its always a treat for our family when we come here. The severs are always good, and the food comes out quick and delicious. We just love Red Robin Burgers! My favorite is the Whiskey BBQ burger. Mmm mmm!

Place was dirty/sticky floors, tables were too cramped and we had no room to move about, loud, food was ok taste and temperature. Would not go back to this location.
