My wife and I were grabbing a bite to eat while we were moving to Navarre. We both decided to go inside to get out of the moving truck and sit down to eat and talk just to get away from the stressful day wed had so far. We walked in and we both noticed the building was a mess. Trash all over the tables, garbages were full and throwing up wrappers and old food, the soda machine area was a mess littered with lids, straw wrappers and ketchup stains. If it were busy i would have left that part out but no one was in the drive-thru or inside eating. We said whatever and wanted to just eat and get on with our day. We walked up to the counter and the young man was on his phone texting and didnt look up to acknowledge us. When we had decided what we wanted, after 3 minutes of him playing on his phone and the manager standing there letting it happen, we looked at him and he said, "oh are you ready to order??" In a snarky tone. Almost as if we were being an inconvenience to him. We said yes, politely and ordered. When we recieved our food i was cold...i guess that was to be expected from the 35 minite wait, yes you heard me right. Keep in mind no one came in and one person came through the drive-thru in that time. My burger had what looked like old cheese and my bun was hard like it was on the verge of being expired. The mans lack of professionalism and his tone in which he asked if we were ready is why I will NEVER go to this establishment again. I dont always eat at a BK, McDs, etc but when I do, i expect the basics for customer service and cleanliness. This place didnt even get close. Management really needs to get fired and rethink their ways.

Describe my experience? Well for starters, #1 Its pouring down rain, we roll down the window to order and the awning over the drive thru menu speaker doesnt even come over our car, so the rain is just soaking the inside of the driver door as we are trying to order as well as my boyfriends shirt.. #2 Service was fast, employees were polite, and patient with our order.. #3 We get home to eat and I open up my Bacon Cheeseburger to find it to be about half of a Cheeseburger that doesnt even come close to the edges of the bun, and looked more like it should have been on a slider, not to mention it was barely even warm... #4 I figured since it was raining and I didnt feel like getting back out into the weather and my stomach was trying to eat my spine, I would just suck it up and eat it rather than going back to ask where the other half of my burger disappeared to, and although it was lacking in meat and was probably room temperature, it was still surprisingly delicious, or I may have just been really hungry... Unfortunately theres a sad ending to my story... #5 I took a sip of my "Sweet" tea to wash down my "mini burger" and it tasted like disappointment.... Whatever amount of sugar they are using, they need to take that amount, and then double it. This is the south, it should taste like "Mommas Sweet Tea"... Hopefully next time will be a better experience..

I went here to eat with my wife and kids. I walked in, and there was no one there, except burger king employees sitting at a table having a good ol time. I look around, and the place is a disaster. Dirty tables all over! Went ahead and ordered so the kids could play. We got to the play room, and everything in there is just sticky nasty filthy. We then go to get our drinks; and the machine was nasty. I fill my drink and go to set it down, and theres nowhere to set it. The counter was nasty with spilled drink all over, and it was also sticky all over the counter. Like drinks had been spilled and never cleaned. Just dried up. It took a little while for our food to come out; a little longer than usual. We get our food and expect some warmth being it took a while, thinking it needed to be cooked, and it was oooooollllld. This place was in bad shape/management. With all the dirty tables and all the employees sitting around, standing outside smoking, their regional needs to know about this. Ill post some pictures I was able to take, one of them being employees out smoking.

I see sketchy people in and around this establishment ALL the time. Not to mention that rowdy children that like to stop by here after school to do their homework. The business has recently gone under new management, (thank goodness) so hopefully it starts to improve. But I went in the other day and saw some homeless guy who had been inside for hours. (There always seems to be homeless people in here.) The food itself is about average; nothing worth dying over for sure. The only reason I really stop by is because they send me pretty good coupons in the mail, and I like being able to save a buck here and there. I DO NOT advise using the restroom here, it smells like youre in a sewer, the door handle is broken, and theres trash all over the floor and sink. This makes me worry because if the bathroom is this dirty... then what else do they not clean? Should they be preparing food?

Went here at 12:30pm on 2/7/16. They have remodeled the store to a new modern look, but it cannot hide the filthiness inside. The windows are not clean. Leftover food and trash on the floor. I went into the mens bathroom and it smelled like a sewer. Hair and urine all over the floor and sink like it hadnt been clean in over a week. The door handle was broken, so you cant do your business safely and privately. Now imagine the conditions in the kitchen... The food this time was subpar. The fries were overcooked and way too salted, and I go to Burger King often enough to know this is not normal. The cashier was trying to be funny and said, "What if I dont accept your coupon?" I appreciate sarcasm but please deliver a good dining experience to go with it. I dont think I will ever come back here.

So I went in for lunch,1st I waited 20 min before my order was even taking place may have had 5 customers while I waited the lady at the register started asking the customers what they ordered instead of calling out the order number which made things even slower then I stood there and listened to the guy in drive thru vent to the customers how everything is screwed up and when I did place my order there is no ketchup in the entire building! Probably the worst experience I had at a restaurant. One star at this point is too much! Im sorry!

I walk in with my mom to grab a 2 for 10 burgers. Secelia, I think I spelled your name wrong. She seemed to be the only person working up front. She was in the drive through window taking orders, noticed that we walked up and knowledgeable us. She finished her order and ran over to the other counter to ask what we wanted and then ran back over to the drive through window. Got our order perfect! No one else but the one lady in the back making the food, is all we saw. Secelia, we appreciate you for all you did!
