Fantastic place--has amazing food! The owner is just about the friendliest guy Ive come across in a long time. My husband and I had the gyro platter with tabouli, rice and tzatziki sauce, it was excellent. My only complaint might be that there wasnt enough pita, but Im cutting back on carbs anyways. The food was so good that we splurged and got a piece of baklava to go. The owner asked us how everything was and we told him it was fantastic, so he said "See you again tomorrow!" Unfortunately, I live about 600 miles away and cant make it, so Im leaving this review instead.

Went from the recommendations from google. I would not recommend it. The cucumber sauce was soupy and must have come from a can, aweful. We had the the mixed meat plate. There was plenty of rice but hardly any meat and the chicken was a joke. No schwarma going on here. I have eaten at many Mediterranean restaurants this is McDonalds version I guess of knock of Mediterranean food. Still very sad. Also the womens bathroom had no lights, no hand soap and the cold water didnt work. Does Murfreesboro have an inspector for restaurants??? Save your $$$

I dont usually post for places to eat but Gyro Tabouli is by far my favorite restaurant in the boro!! I eat out a ton and you cannot beat the food here. I came from Boston and thought there would be no way a gyro place here would be any good but boy was I wrong. Gyros are awesome, falafels are a close second, and dont forget about their perfectly made baklava. Last but not least I feel like their employees treat me like family. Come here, you will not be disappointed.

Really delicious Mediterranean food, very friendly services. The owners are really sweet and generous, providing huge portions and making sure the food is good. I tried Tabouli for the first time and loved it. Everything about this place is right for a restaurant: great, caring services, great food, at a very reasonable price. This was a nice contrast after a disappointment dinner at an Applebees. Local places are just much better!

The food was excellent. The pita bread was hot and fresh, the gyro meat was very well cooked and the salads and other add-ons such as black olives and cucumber sauces were fresh and delicious. The service was phenomenal. The staff was incredibly helpful and inviting; they were genuinely concerned with making sure you enjoyed your meal and were very polite and personable. I plan to come back as soon as I can!

The service was really good, but I thought the food was just ok. The meat was very, very dry, maybe we just ate at the wrong time. Besides that, their tzaziki sauce tasted very bland, almost like watered down ranch. Ive had a lot of gyros and this place is on the bottom of my list, but it was still edible if youre hungry.

the owner is one of the nicest guys i have ever met in the restaurant industry! seriously he went out of his way to make sure we were fed and full by the time we left. he brought fries for the kids (free) and then baklava (also free). everything tastes great as always, no where near my first or last time to come here!

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! Blew us out of the water. Its been 13 years since i have had a gyro and my boyfriend has never had one. We both agree that this cafe is amazing, full flavor food, and wonderful service. I literally can not point out one thing wrong with our experience. We will be going back soon and be regulars!

Im going to make it simple. Its the sauce. Ive been to several different Gyro places, but I can not stand the other places cucumber sauce. Every other place Ive been to tastes mayanaisey. Tabouli sauce right. I wont even go to Gyros no place else now. CUCUMBER SAUCE SHOULD NOT TASTE LIKE MAYONNAISE OTHER PLACES

Amazing European food. The gyro meat is delicious. You cant go wrong with anything thats on the menu. Its the best in Murfreesboro. The head manager is one of the friendliest guys you will meet. The store has great atmosphere and is very clean. Always recommending this as a new place for people to try.

If you are looking for a fancy dining experience this is not it BUT the food that comes out of this place is some of the best Greek food I have ever had ever had. The manger and think owner is so nice too! We just moved to Murfreesboro and now know where to get my Greek fix.

Got the mixed plate and it was FABULOUS. The food was prepared hot and just as I requested - WITH A SMILE. My girlfriend told me about this place and just raved about it so I had to check it out. My most recent experience was on Friday, October 17th. Check it out.

BEST GRYOS in Middle Tennessee. The owner is always smiling and happy to see you. Food is always prepared in front after you order never stuck in a warmer in the back. My favorite in the GRYO special with fries. Always get plenty to eat great portions!

Love this place and the owner is "my friend". Love it. Absolute best service and gyros in town. Every 10th purchase is free if you keep your punch card. Cant beat it!
