I ordered the mix 5 for $5, 2 Chicks, 2 Krystals and a drink. First off the service was awful. And then I get home and take a bite of the Krystal, the bread was hard and stale, the food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The bread was completely falling apart on all the sandwiches. The chicks were spicy and I didnt order spicy. They were also cold and the chicken was hard and dry like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The food was disgusting and I couldnt even eat it! This is not okay. If Im paying money I expect my food to taste good. Im sure the people that served me this food knew they product was not good and Im sure they would have not eaten it themselves! I expect some form of refund or something because the food was horrible! Bad food and terrible service!!!!

Very disappointing I visit last week I paid for 2 meals and the 5 for 5 I get to work... no 5 for 5 so I didnt eat becuse o fed my kids. 2 days later my husband takes the kids here for breakfast it took 30 min to be served crunchy grits and one sandwich missing egg the other missing sauage when my son return his food he got his sandwich back with the meat and a hair added this upset my husband on many levels. They complained and was given a coupon to a free sandwich....in 3 visits we send over 50 bucks I dont think a sandwich coupon served with a attitude was the best fix to this issue.

Been going there all my life.When my brother was in Vietnam, I went to the 8th Ave in Nashville. I told the training manager its my brothers favorite place . I asked him if I could have a coffee cup to send him for Christmas.This was back in the days of real dishes with the logo.He gave me a complete set of dishes.My brother still has them today.When he came home from every tour Krystal was our first stop.Thanks again.

Stopped in for a quick snack it was around 6:30 on a Saturday night and the food was so cold the cheese didnt melt an it wasnt the first time either so called the manager and told her the problem and she asked what she could do to make it better so I told her I hope she gets the issue fixed for the next person so they dont waste their money like we did... wouldnt recommend this place ubless you want old cold food.

Surprisingly good breakfast with real eggs, toast, grits, and bacon. It took a little longer than some other fast food places, but they actually served real versions of the things mentioned above. The staff was also nice and made sure we had the stuff to go with the food such as butter, jelly, and utensils. I am rating this 5 stars because they did exactly what I went to Krystal for... perfectly.

Ended up with bacon instead of sausage scrambler recently. The manager was extremely nice and replaced it for me. I thought the store looked clean and the employees were very nice. Everybody greeted me and I noticed their friendly behavior seemed to rub off on all the customers in the store. Its been a long time since Ive been in a store where everyone was so friendly. Makes me want to go back!

Ok so I just ordered from here 24 -JUL-17 1136 there was an older gentleman taking orders at the drive through..... KRYSTAL here is a tip ... Do NOT get rid of him, he was awesome made me laugh so much, and with his joke also tried to upsell this guy is a character because of him I am going to start going here for lunch much more often. Ordering at KRYSTAL is a blast!

Only my second time ever going here, the young man who took my order screwed it up! I ordered chili cheese fries but got regular fries, also once home they had given me a order if wings I didnt order but paid for them....I had 3 bags if food and had to ask for a big bag to carry them all in and I had 4 drinks but had to ask fir drink carts as well...smh

Came in, stood at counter for several minutes. Manager looked at me 3 times. No one ever came over to take my order. Walked out. Went to McDonalds... dont waste your time here... they are more worried about the drive through timer than serving dine in customers or clean their nasty bathrooms

Inability to make order to specifications. Rude drive through attendant. Had to wait 5 mins at drive-thru speaker when there was no one in the line ahead of me or behind me and there were maybe two vehicles in the parking lot.

Wanted to try boneless chicken wings, sauce ok, but dont taste like chicken at all.. Plastic or something? Price for quality of food aint good, almost 8 bucks with tax, worth maybe $5 after tax in my opinion

Always get good food here and the order is usually right. They seem to have a bad habit of having folks that use the drive thru, pull up and park, even when there is no one else in line.

Should have given the other negative review more credence. Burger buns were soggy, fries undercooked and bacon way overcooked. Ill definitely keep this one in mind as to avoid next time.
