We went to this dairy queen last week and they got our order wrong. Well, we chalked it up and thought surely thats not the norm. We went back today and our order was wrong again. They are 18 miles round trip and we are NOT going there again. ANNNND the ice cream and shake that we did receive were melted!

Food was ok. Customer service was terrible I ordered the $5 lunch and they didnt give me my sundae I went up to the counter and I could see my sundae sitting near the food heater three people looked me in the eye and every time I said excuse me they turned around and walked away.

This is my go to DQ. Ive been going to this location for several years and cannot think of one time where I have had a bad experience. For them being busy as they usually are, you get your food fresh and a timely manner and the service is always friendly.

Went inside today to buy a already made ice cream cake but we were harassed as soon as we walked in just because we were wearing auburn shirts and one of the girls behind the counter said they dont serve auburn fans so we walked out.

Customer service was better than the quality of food. Temperature inside the store was unbelievably warm. Workers and patrons alike were noticeably sweating. It is Alabama in July...shouldnt be inside the store.
