Decided to have dinner with a few friends here in a Tuesday night. We arrived at little before 7. After 5 or so mins no one had come over, the host came up and took our drink order. Our waitress then arrived with only my sons drink and said she would be back with the rest. A few minutes later she came back with our drinks and walked away. He came back to check and then asked if we were ready to order. We order at 715. Our fried pickles came out soon after. Then after sitting and waiting, she comes over and says the kitchen is backed up and apologized for it taking so long. I looked around and there was only 6 other tables. Why was it soo backed up?? Finally at 830 we get our food, wasnt even fresh!!! By 845 we were done eating and was ready to go, but server was not around. Our husbands got up and went outside, she comes over after seeing all of us get up( we were just letting the guys out) she says" you know you pay me before you leave right?" Ya we know, so she gets out bills. We watch her shoot the s*** with other customers. Finally the manager walked by and it asked him to do something cause being there for 2 hours was unacceptable. He comped everything but the beer. So at least he was good! Terrible service and food!!

Terrible!! We placed an online order at 7 that was to be ready at 7:30. I received a call at 7:35 that they were out of chicken tenders (my daughters order) and would me had to change our order. Fast forward to 8 (1 hour after placing our order) and our food was finally ready. When my husband got home with the food - My daughters hamburger was wrong. It had tomatoes on it and she is allergic. So...hello trash can! My $10 salad looked like a $2 salad. There was hardly any lettuce. The cheese was melted onto the chicken and the lettuce that was there was wilted from the hot chicken. The blackened chicken tasted molded. I asked for extra dressing and we also asked for dressing with our wings. We received 1 small cup of ranch for our whole order. We spent $45 and only 2 dinners were even worth eating. This was only my 2nd time eating BWW and we will NOT be back! Waste of money and now Im cooking dinner at bed time!

The food was good, but Holy Heck I have seen (and smelled) cleaner bathrooms in backwoods truck stops. Seriously, hand one of your waiters a mop and gallon of bleach and fix that. And I dont know what was going on at the bar, but there were several loud, drunk dudes and one of them kept asking for a shot that had a very risque name. It rhymes with "Glow bob." I mean, to ask for it once of twice is one thing, but he went on and on about for about two hours. Poor bartender was petrified. Talk about some latent tendencies coming out for all to see. They all were wearing Texas Longhorn gear, btw. You know what they say about Texas..."steers & ......"

I used to love BWS! But not to much anymore. First: They have a policy where there is supposed to be 1 inch of foam in a pour of beer. They say it makes a "tastier" beer. They train/"brainwash" their employees to believe it is true. And they do. But honestly IDGAF! I cant taste the difference. And the 1 inch of beer equals 25% of the beer. It is ALL ABOUT THE $$$$. Dont be fooled. And while I used to love Maghen the bartender for M-F during days, she is totally focussed on one person at the moment. So, beer pour always sucks at BWS. Service at this particular BWS is lacking right now. I am totally done with Buffalo Wild Wings. I wont go back.

Absolutely terrible. This is not the first time Ive had a bad experience here. Avoid this place like the plague. Service sucks, I had to get up multiple times to get a refill. I had to ask for fresh boneless wings because I couldnt even stab it with a fork. The manager came out and didnt even make eye contact or apologize for the garbage food they gave us. Still got stuck with a 60+ dollar bill and we didnt even eat the food. Not sure how they had any 5 star reviews.

Food was great! Unfortunately the service was incredibly bad! Waitress was too busy flirting with idiotic high school boys and wasnt paying attention to what she should have been doing. Messed up our order and only came to our table once. Waited 15 minutes for a check and finally ended up asking the manager for it. First time Ive ever not left a tip for someone and wrote "Bad Service" on the receipt!

Like some of the other reviews these waiters/waitress seem more interested in socializing then waiting tables. Took forever to get drinks then watched everyone just walk around while I waited to order. Not many customers at all so that could not be the reason. They need sone lessons from the Murfreesboro BWW. Well after 45 minutes of waiting we left. What a mess.

Its all about the wings and theyre amazing! The atmosphere is very sports heavy which isnt my bag, but Im not going to fault it because of my preference. Its fun playing trivia while waiting for food and even when its busy, I never felt like I couldnt carry on a conversation. Highly recommended if youre in the mood for wings and beer!

Worst service and food Ive ever paid for at a Bdubs. Chicken was cold and rubbery. Fries were cold. Waitress never came by the table. Didnt get refills and never once was asked about the quality of the dining experience. Serious lack of customer service on a Monday night at 730. Pure ridiculous.

We came to and watch the Preds game . My app ( buffalo tots ) was super tasty my waiter Isaac was awesome , but the wings which are the main thing we came for where not all thats good . Very soggy and had lots of fat I left 6 of my 14 b/c they just arent that good Ill stick to apps if I return .

Could not ask for a better restaurant. Great food, amazing atmosphere, and the servers top it all off being quick AND very friendly. Its rare to be able to get everything you want and then some so fast and done right while also getting the time of day from the waiters/ waittress.

First we arrived and to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Then we ordered our meal and we waited well over 45 minutes to learn that they had given our food to another table. Then we had to wait another 20 minutes for our order. This is probably the worse BWW Ive ever eaten at.

Great place to get some chicken, they fix it just about any way that you would like. And great memories of your youngest sons first time ever being at Buffalo Wild Wings in (Mt. Juliet),great service and fantastic place to just chill with friends and co-workers after work.
