My family & I have eaten at this restaurant for some years now and enjoyed it for the most part. Over the past year "everything" about this place has really gone down hill. The older female host who seats customers is not & never has been friendly, she always appears as though shes the most miserable person in the world. The food has progressively gotten worse, its cold & or old, We were there last night (5/6/13) for dinner and I have NEVER been so disappointed. Their menu includes everything except crab legs which cost extra, thats ok, but there was only a few pieces of sushi, which was obviously old by looks of the salmon & avocado on what few pieces there were. After a 45 min. wait, I asked the depressed hostess if someone would be preparing more & she said, no, person isnt here now, sorry. I went for chilled peel & eat shrimp, again, very little even out on the buffet & had to pick & choose among what wasnt old & discoloring. Seafood delight was nearly empty & there was no seafood in it. The sauteed greenbeans, COLD, not cool, COLD. Sauteed mushrooms, shriveled up. And dont get me started on the bathroom!!! To top it off, by the time I got home....my stomach was NOT well AT ALL! Will definitely be finding a new place to enjoy a chinese buffet & sushi.

The food selection was poor. It was warm at its most, and there really wansnt a variety to choose from, and the food was bland to no task at all The hostess I guess is what she was choose not to seat people in the order you come in, she didnt have any care for it at all. She had lines and lines of people either that needed to be seated or needed to pay. Then the waitress we had it took her a long time to even relizes that we needed to have our drink refilled. I finally had to ask for her to refill them, Then she would wait to get all the dishes off the table once there really wasnt anymore room to put anything. She wasnt freindly, and she disapeared for long period of times. I wouldnt recommend this place at all. And its more overpriced than other places for very little that they offer. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is becasue the crab rangoons were good. But that was about it. other than that will not be going back at all.

Ive been going to Dailys since I moved here 5 years ago. I love their food. The staff can be a little bit up tight sometimes, but not too bad. The hibachi grill is awesome! And included with the buffet. Their takeout is really good, too. Chef Wangs is a little bit better in food, but theyre a LOT more expensive. Plus if they have crab legs out, the whole place wreaks. Ill just stick with Dailys. Gonna miss this place when I move!

Beautiful and clean restaurant. The food was very good, but wasnt very warm. The prices were great. The servers and the hostess were very, very unpleasant tiny Chinese women. I work in a restaurant myself and I would be terminated instantly if I treated the customers the way these people treated me and my party. They need to ship their butts back to where they came from if they dislike what theyre doing that much. I will not return.

The person that seat you ALL WAYS change us more than normal because my son look older then what he is as much as we go they should no by now but NOT we have to tell them everytime and one time i had to go to the car to get more money she came all to the car like i was going to pull off i did not even get in the car and they allways say that the chicken on the stick is NOT chicken its RAT yes RAT

Ive never had a bad experience at a restaurant before but this one takes the cake. The first two visits were pleasant but the third time........ I found a ROACH IN MY PLATE! I swear Ive never experienced anything like that! My bf took my plate to the counter and they still charged us for one. We will not be dining here again.....

By Chantea K. The staff is wonderful, but the food and the atmosphere is even better. Clean, and well stocked. The food was very good and all of the favorites were better than Chef Wangs. This is my new favorite Chinese restaurant. Went 2 days in a row last week and I dont usually do chinese food more than once per year!

Not too much different than other Chinese buffets. The hibachi was the best and watching it done is neat. The food is a bit hotter than others Ive been to. Only real problem was when asked for a check the waitress took her time until we were ready to get up and walk out.

This place used to be the best buffet to go to. It is still okay, but definitely has room for improvement. The food should be kept up with better as in keeping it full and switching out stuff that has been there longer than an hour or so. The service is always good.

Probably one of the better Chinese buffets Ive gone to. But Im only giving it 3 stars due to the fact that over the 4 years I frequented this place, I noticed a decline in quality, and cleanliness. Might try it again if Im in the area, but I wont go out of my way.

If I could rate this -5 stars, I would. Extremely rude employees and the food was soggy, over watered, gross and bland. No flavor whatsoever. RE heated leftovers. No fresh food. Just gross. I will never eat at this place again.

Food was over-cooked, cold, or re-heated for the most part, a lot of the labels were wrong, the server wasnt attentive & the hostess/cashier was just rude. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but I doubt well be back.

Awesome variety of food! OMG, they even have a free sushi bar, even a grill where you get things cooked to order for free!! This is hands down one of the best chinese buffets in tennessee. Just ignore the lo mein.

After going there for the past few (6) years, finally taking the time to say Daily Buffet and Grill is THE best Chinese place to eat. Did Chef Wangs a few times but DB&G is much better. Great staff, great food.

Mixed feelings...a little high priced but the food is pretty good. You gotta watch them on the money though. They are kind of slick...try to beat you out coupons like the Smart Card. Just not real honest.

Pretty consistent American style Chinese food. The hibachi grill is nice and the buffet has a lot of options. Go for lunch and save as the dinner buffet is virtually the same but more $$.

Not busy. Waitress brought drink and never returned. Buffet selection was poor at best. Most food was gone or not fresh. And just as other reviews stated, all staff act as if someone died.

Food wasnt fresh or tasty, service was terrible, cashier was rude. Tables and benches are unstable and uncomfortable. My kid is complaining of stomach ache. Wont be back.
