The sofas are not perfect, the decor is dated, sometimes nobody is there to great you. But I always forgive them everything because of the quality of their food and the value they give for your dollar. It is around $9 incl soda for all you can eat middle of the day. Sushi, Chinese food, desert - every single thing is tasty. You pay $9 for $50 worth of food if we are talking about a fancy place downtown. Also, they are nice hard working people. Want a waitress to stand next to you to get your tip? There are many places around. Want very solid meal, no annoying waitress and OK with dated furniture? Go to East Buffet and enjoy.

The food was sub par. I dont recommend it for vegetarians- the only cooked greens they had without meat were the string beans. I eat fish and they had an item on the buffet called fried lobster eggrolls. I took a bite and was surprised by the color of the meat in it. I asked the cashier about it and he said there is also beef in it- this should have been mentioned on the buffet. Im quite upset about it and even more upset that I had to pay for it. I definitely do not recommend this restaurant on any level.

The man in the front is so rude to blacks all my friends have problems at that restaurant they wont serve u right nor even make sure u have napkins or a bag to put your food in which is very unprofessional I was the only black in there and Im seeing him give the others bags and stuff but just hands me my stuff and walks off then the food isnt even all that its cold the fried rice was all stuck together the sweet and sour chicken didnt taste right and for some odd reason the pineapples tasted like eggs

LOVE the selection they have here. The best Chinese place in town. The only thing is that if youre going to eat here, be aware of one of the cashiers (the older woman). She is aggressive and rude, which is, as another reviewer stated, very bad for business. The other cashier (a nice young man) and staff members are wonderful and give friendly service.

Food was good. But the owner needs to get a handle on the music that is played in restaurant we have a 5 year old and a 7 year old and we went to eat on a Saturday.and they started playing snoop dog unedited version I had to go up there and tell them that there were children in here and to change the music. I will not be back.

Worst service Ive ever had. We day for 20 minutes trying to flag our girl down and they ignored is after making eye contact. The people across from us were there longer being treated the same way so they just got up and left. Should have done the same thing. Treat your customers better.

Usually enjoy the food when I take it out. My family went there for the buffet, very poor quality food. We will not be returning. Only bright spot was that the service was good. I usually do not write reviews, but because I was so disappointed I felt the need to write this one.

Bad food bad service. Menu says crab legs. We are here on a Saturday, no crab available at all not even on menu. Bad food all the way around. Not even lettuce on salad bar. Very few choices on bar. Just bad. Never again!!! Yuck

We didnt like the food. Ate afew bites, and couldnt eat any more. It was that bad! Left. A $5.00 tip and told the casher/manager we couldnt. Eat it. She then tells us we have to pay full amount anyway!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

The food is awful tasted like it had been sitting there for 24 hours.. I would never go there again shusi was terrible too.. The owner did not make us pay except for the drinks.. Dont waste your money...
