I cant even rate these guys , they fall off the Radar . I am very disappointed , seeing as how I worked for this same Restaurant and helped open it in July of 1986 . The customer service is terrible , their training methods are piss poor . These actions , that is the attitude of the Management would not have been tolerated under the ownership back when I worked there . Employee attitudes were checked at the door back then and we all worked as a team . Martines the owners back then saw to that !! If you are looking for a place to dine I would go elsewhere . If you are looking for a part time job I would do the same otherwise if you want low pay , attitudes , and disgruntled workers and very unpleasant working conditions then this place is for you !!!!

Food is good, the reason for the one star is this. In the 15 mins I was there today, 3 different people took there used plates up to the buffet for seconds, this isnt the first time Ive seen this here. These were older people food falls from their mouths while eating and then to get seconds and let the serving spoon hit your used plate that u been drooling on. The people working there see it and say nothing, so I didnt get to seconds and I wont be back if they cant enforce the clean plate rule.

Bought an 8 piece bucket and am so disappointed! The chicken is dry and very oddly shaped. Had to guess which were thighs and which were breasts. Unfortunately I cannot upload the picture I took, but it has 2 wings and 2 thighs next to a $1 bill to show how ridiculously small the pieces are. This is not the first time the Niceville location has served chicken like this. Has the company become so fixated on cost and labor that satisfying the customer has become a thing of the past?

Buffet is good deal price has increased by 50% over last year, still a good deal, except now at higher price I do not expect buffet to be out of items especially chicken and fresh biscuits. Heard they considered shutting down buffet, if so because of location, price, and inconsistent availability of chicken, always seems to be 10-15 minutes on wait, I most likely will not be a patron.

Back in the day I really and truly enjoy KFC. But lately throughout the few years Ive been going back its gone downhill. If you can get there before 5 p.m. its fantastic. Hot fresh full but if you get there after 5:15 p.m. then its a disaster. Everything is stale and cold empty. I think they need to go in there and redo the staff for the management. Thats just my personal opinion.

20 minute wait in the drive through then got shorted on our order when we got home.Place is a joke for a restaurant. female manager needs to be working at walmart or construction,has a horrible personality.Buffet is always near empty and you HAVE to ask to get food on there in which you can hear the sighs from the little employees. DANNYS across the street was far far better!!!

I gave it a good on value because you get what you pay for. The buffet was $5/person and I literally had to ask them to put food on the buffet bar. You are allowed one side per person and you have to ask them to give that to you. Kinda missing the point of buffet when all you are offering me is a buffet of fried chicken.

This place was gross. The buffet bar was clearly unkept and unmonitored. I saw several people going back for more food with the same dirty plate and gross finger-lickin hands, touching everything and even liking their fingers from the hot bar!!! OMG, I almost vomited right then and there. So gross!

The buffet was $5.00 plus tax for the food and drink. The food was fresh and plenty of it. They had the original, crispy, and BBQ chicken. They also had plenty of sides to choose from including mashed potatoes, corn, coleslaw, salad. And the desserts. The place was clean and they were friendly.

I have been coming here a lot But I think the owner and staff should go watch the Employees at the KFC in Navarre, fl. This place needs new staff ! seems they have no leadership never enough on the Bar some of the employees wouldnt even talk ??? NEEDS A LEADER BAD !

Had to wait extra time for chicken. But that never changes at this store. No napkins in my bag I dont understand when you get it to go order why places dont give you napkins! And then my chicken order was wrong. I Dont recommend this KFC.

Went into KFC with my brother for dinner. Ordered the buffet and had to practically beg for chicken and the chicken they gave us was twice the size of a half dollar. For real what is the deal with KFC lately. Wont go back.
