I tried calling the store multiple times, but the line has been busy. I have tried calling the 800 number but get left of hold for an inexcusable amount of time 3 different times. I tried submitting the complaint online and got an error. Finally got the complaint submitted via a desktop computer and what do I get? An automated response asking for my feedback. Just a warning to people that the customer service is terrible and they obviously dont care about the customer at all. I went through the drive thru the other night and ordered a 2 piece meal with green beans and a 10 piece tender meal with wedges. Not my ideal meal to feed the kids, but going out of town and wanted to do something quick and easy. Shame on me for not inspecting the bad before I drove off. I get home and the open the 2 piece meal box and there is no chicken. Just green beans and a biscuit. My son opens the tender box and there are only 7 skimpy tenders that he said were rubbery and gross. Tried calling just to let them know and like I said before, cant get through to them. DONT EAT HERE!! You will just be wasting your money on the lack of food and lack of customer service. We quit eating here a couple of years ago, but decided since they remodeled that maybe things got better. Nope. Its worse.

Decided to try the new updated KFC on old fort. Drove up and noticed a nice clean restaurant. As we walked through the door, I noticed the buffet was closed. Not a big deal but I thought it was early. As I ordered, the kid said "we are closing the dining room in twenty minutes". I assumed the dining room closed earlier than the restaurant. We ordered our food and went to sit. We couldnt get out drinks as they shut down the soda machine so they put a little ice in the cup and filled out up. After getting our food, they had missed my side order, along with asking if we wanted butter and honey. I watched the staff laughing, throwing stuff around, and asking who was going to take what item home free. They grabbed mashed potatoes and other items to "steal" for themselves. After we finished, while being watched the whole time, we walked out the door. I saw the hours on the door clearly said dining room hours until 10:00 pm. These kids are so lazy, did not want to help in any way, couldnt get a simple order correct and just wanted to go home. Dont go here later, they dont care about customer service at all.

Less than 1 star service. We ordered a 12 piece chicken strip bucket. We were told there was only 6 pieces available, because they ran out, and we could substitute any 6 other pieces of chicken. Get home, there are only 4 chicken breasts, and no strips. Go back, the incompetent manager states that 4 chicken breasts are the equivalent of 12 strips, and refused to honor what we were told. Wound up only getting the 6 strips. This KFC has horrible customer service, a completely incompetent manager, and refuses to honor their word. Will be calling regional management and corporate on Monday.

If you come for the buffet you really need to get here shortly after opening in the morning. If not the food gets progressively older and the dining area filthy. Even then you have to really be careful because some of the vegetables look like they were put out the day before but didnt sell... The staff seems either under trained or under motivated. Seems like maybe a management issue but then again you can only hire those that apply and the pay is not going to attract motivated workers.

The staff here is ridiculous. Only one young man at the register was kind and doing his job. They didnt have hardly anything on the buffet and it was mostly burnt. I waited and went up 3 different times and they just didnt refill anything (this was at 6pm) The staff were constantly on their phones. Watched one girl reach in the peaches with her hands to clean out what was left, hope she washed her hands first. Dont waste your time or money here.

It sucked big time lady a chash register got real rude and nasty cause we wanted wedhes instead of mashed potatoes!!! And had to wait for ever for the food 3 people got served before we did both locations suck we need a nother loction cause i love kfc but im going to find somewere elese to go!! For real i work hard and deserve better service when coming here!!

Took 30 minutes to get our food. Cashier took our order and then went to the bathroom and was standing around. While we were waiting the cashier asked if we ordered already.. Eventually starts to put our order together and then states that theyre out of the grilled chicken. Id go somewhere else close by and skip this place.

Talk about Grease! The place looks dirty, the food looks like its been sitting around for-ever! We stopped in about 30 min before closing and was handed a bucket of chicken from under the counter! Really? I asked for fresh, the mgt said no....so I said never again!

This place puts no effort into their food. The Nashville Hot Chicken was barely flavored. They didnt include the mandatory pickles. The food is always old and just gross. Its a shame that this place is ruining the legacy of this franchise

It states open 10-10 both on their website and on Yelp. I went through the drive thru tonight at 9:07 and the recorded message stated they were closed. Maybe they didnt know the time change was yesterday?

This is probably one of the dirtiest KFCs Ive ever been to. Never have I felt so sticky after leaving here. Food was below standard. Avoid this one, and go another one of the 15 around Murfreesboro.
