We went at the start of dinner time. Buffet food looked like it had been sitting there all day, and there was hardly any food in the containers. No cottage cheese, no lettuce, no biscuits, and dried overcooked chicken. I bet the cold foods werent even cold. They ran out of flour so they couldnt make crispy chicken? ? A flavor of pop was empty and I told them and it never got refilled. The tea was empty and they took the container and never brought it back. Cost a lot of money for the lack of quality and selection. The poles holding up the sneeze guards had peeling or chipping paint near the food. There was a non food grade Ace Hardware bucket under the buffet counter, along with dirt, dust, and grime. I kept hearing the manager say they were short handed. When we got there, maybe 1 or 2 other people were there. Not enough enough customers to use that excuse. An employee went outside with his apron on and came back and didnt change it. Clearly, this employee hasnt been trained properly. If the health inspector came in, this place would have been shut down it was so awful. As one certified in retail food safety, I can say for sure they were not up to code in a lot of ways tonight. I wasnt the only one complaining in there either. Totally changed my perspective about KFC. Im also filing this same complaint with the company.

I have been coming to this KFC for years.. it is not very often for good reason. This store is often under staffed or employ persons with no sense of priority and cleanliness. The buffet doesnt get rotated very well. Today, they were out of coleslaw, the trash bins were over flowing, and the buffet was empty of the main entrees. I have, in the past, written the owner of this store. I gave the owner a scathing review and suggested he/she invest in an update in the building and provide better training. I remember I was basically reassured there were no problems, and that nothing was going to be done, and I received some coupons. I only come here for the gizzards. More often than not, the gizzards have been sitting for a long time and are inedible. So, I simply load up, trash them and ask for more. If someone from KFC corporate reads this, this store needs standards review to the Franchise or corporate standards. I honestly would like to see this store close down, and I need to keep reminding myself why I shouldnt come here. I used to frequent this place, but nothing has changed. I think I am going to call the health department on this place tomorrow. It is amazing how this place can have so many customers. They keep coming.. I hope I dont get sick.

I really like their buffet. If I had one criticism to say is I wish that on the buffet theyd set certain days when they are going to have the alfredo noodle and which days they are going to have the homestyle chicken and noodles. I absolutely love their chicken and noodles and with my husband and I travelling up from the Greenwood area to eat their chicken and noodles and it not being on the buffet, it is quite disappointing. I personally think they should have both on the buffet to please ALL customers. Our favorite things on the buffet are the chicken and noodles, mashed potatoes w/gravy, liver and gizzards. Theyve run out of the livers and gizzards multiple times, as well. I wish the KFC in Greenwood had a buffet and served the same items, itd be much closer. And theyd make a lot more money. This place has a buffet. But didnt have dessert and refused to put anything out because it would take an hour to cook which was when the buffet closed. 3 people got a refund on the buffet. They were out of chicken tenders 2 hours before closing. Empty food pans were sitting everywhere. Water was on the floor in front of the buffet where children were walking. A child fell in the water. The woman helping us was nice ut spoke her mind very unprofessionally. She rolled her eyes at customers, cussed and had an attitude with others. She asked us if she could quot her job. They did not have receipt paper. Trash was everywhere from previous customers. The only good part was that we got a meal for free just because we asked for it to be free.

Hardly worth the one-star. 20 minutes to just get a plate for the buffet. No effort made to make the check-out process faster. Buffet was mostly empty. No chicken or biscuits the entire meal. When asked about it was told it would be awhile. The dessert was still completely Frozen and not thawed out. The entire time there was no attendant to the buffet for the dining area at all. The dining area was disgusting and filthy. No tea made.Trash all over the drink station. Completely understaffed. The manager was wearing an untucked undershirt while handling the drive thru and making food for to-go orders. I will be reporting this restaurant to corporate. It should not be in business.

Worked there and it was HORRIBLE i broke my ankle (at work) and got fired that night on my way to the hospital i was called and told not to worry about a doctors note to turn in my uniforms the next day than i was told twice to reapply and i did and the i find out managers and "shift leads" are bashing me saying Im lazy slow and Ill never have my job back and i was never given a chance i never got enough time to get the boots as i hurt myself in there kitchen than fired. The staff upfront is lovely but just about everyone else was rude and just ridiculous would not recommend working here. this comment will probably be deleted so Im screenshoting it lol

Ordered my food after standing in the lobby by the counter for 10 mins while a couple of kids who worked there but were off the clock kept the other kid employees engaged. An additional 20 mins went by as i waited for my 8 piece meal. Nothing needed to be prepared the employees just kept going back to talking and helping other customers who had walked in AFTRR us because they "knew someone who worked there" 30mins at a KFC is just pathetic. I dont know how they stay in business only serving handouts to their employees and their entire extended families while paying customers wait.

today my husband, myself and our 18 month old came in to eat at the buffet this was our first time visiting and I wish I would have read the reviews first, the place is filthy, the floors and tables havnt been cleaned very well in wat looks like a long time, after returning home I began to feel very sick, my son also has been having direahea!! its after 11 pm and Im still having to rush to the restroom, eating there has made us very sick! iv also tried calling and havnt been able to reach anyone I will be calling back tomorrow!!

Worst experience ever. Stood in the lobby for over 30 minutes just to give an order for food. The whole time there were 3 employees all working the back line for the drive thru. Finally got my order in, amd in the middle of making my bowl they ran out of ingredients on the line and had to refill. Therefore, half of my bowl was old food and half was new hot food. It took over another 30 minutes to get my food. Absolutely ridiculous on a lunch shift. No apologies, no sense of urgency, no customer service. Horrible.
