Its not the people at this point or the food, but the fact Im not allowed in with my pistol. I will not be back until this is fixed. It is my right to carry by law. Other people have been informed of this now, and I hope to see a change. 9/28/14 I just walked out because the blonde waitress got such a bad attitude with me. She asked me how I was, and then got an attitude when I said I was going to wait at the register to get a takeout order to not be in the way. She looks at me with this "i cant believe you face" and says, " Im just washing my hands and I have 3 more customers in front of you. " I politely said ok thats fine, I will go somewhere else. Before I was able to get out the door she yelled, "Its first come first serve, lady!" I wasnt mad, I could tell she was busy. She had no reason to act like that

My breakfast was so so , I ordered over medium eggs and hash browns scattered with onions....my eggs were over done a bit the white part and no onions in my hash browns.. I had wanted to order biscuits and gravy but the waitress said that they were out of biscuits....and it was 5;30am so WOW... needless to say that I was disappointed. On the other hand the COFFEE was good and fresh. But the tables needed a good cleaning and the morning shift came in before we left and they started cleaning immediately.... I used to work at Waffle House years ago and each shift was responsible for their own side work and you constantly cleaned when you had no customers...just saying..

**AVOID AT ALL COSTS** The Harpy calling orders is SUPER loud. She stands RIGHT behind the cooks and screams the orders. The food was cooked perfect, the server nice, but that Harpy ruined our meal and drove us batty. She didnt need to be so loud. As we left, I said "Mam, You are ENTIRELY TOO LOUD!!! You RUINED our breakfast. Im filing a Corporate complaint." That witch had the nerve to get smart with me and wasnt apologetic at all. Apparently Customers are NOT appreciated here. All I know is you can tell the staff wishes shed tone it down too!!

TERRIBLE! POor customer service, dirty, nasty, the girl who took my order was new & did not tell the cooks my order or have them drop my food she told me i had to pay b4 they cooked my cooked my food i NEVER been in a waffle house that did that...it was filthy plates & food EVERYWHERE the cook & waiter were kissing & all over each other while he was cooking the server was eating out of her hands & standing over prepared food one of the aitets told me they had roaches in the back this place DISGUSTS ME!!!!

Good and service goid. However, you should be told that there is 10% of ticket fee to place to go orders. What is the difference in eating there and leaving tip versus eating there and getting a to go box for your uneaten food for free? Maybe need to review your policy. There are so many signs on foirs and windows that a person may not see this policy posted. Maybe it shoild eitjer be on menu or waiters should restate policy when they if you want your order to go.

The crew during the morning/early afternoon hours are amazing!!! We absolutely love going at that time. The food is hot, delicious and fresh. The waiters are so nice and caring. Some of the waiters during the night are terrible! We waited 30 minutes after ordering and only received a burnt waffle. When we originally ordered an entire meal. I should say that besides us there was only 4 other customers....

The food was good but service was slow. Despite the fact that there were about 8 people behind the counter it took forever tto get two waffles & one order of sausage. They seemed unorganized and everyone was telling other people when tables were empty instead of waiting on customers. Seems like they need a manager who can organize & train people to take care of the seated customers.

Walked in and all employees were on their cell phone. Place was filthy. Had to ask for service. Had to send coffee cup back and server went through 5 cups before she found a clean cup. Ice tea was awful. This place needs an undercover boss to pop in and clean house. Would not recommend this place if it was the last one open and I was craving a waffle

Good food, but the servers need to check the correct procedures for serving. For example, you dont carry beverages to the table by holding the rim of the glass or holding them against your apron. This is very unsanitary..please correct these bad behaviors and work on cleanliness.
