I Hated this place, Dont get me wrong at 1st I loved it, the menu sounds amazing, the environment is pleasant and comfy but the experience i just had was borderline racist and rude as can be. I arrived with my girlfriend wanting a late breakfast, or brunch, after a long work week i like to enjoy my weekends off with good food service. Even pay above price for good service ($35 for two) and i did leave a tip. We must of had the only bad waitress since the rest of the reviews on google say great atmosphere, brought us our to go plate and our bill 5 minutes into our food. Where they trying to get rid of us? I ask the management and he said thats just how they work here. Okay, well I guess im old fashion to think you let people enjoy the food they will be paying for. Maybe I was just the wrong shade of brown to come into this place thinking I wasnt going to be force to eat fast and leave right after. For brunch i advice The cheesecake factory, i know it sounds like a long drive but the atmosphere is real and the service is respectful.

Well.....thanks for nothing First Watch....its Fathers day, so we picked this.place thinking it would be great....and maybe it would have been. The big issue is the lie we were told at the check in. We were told 20-30 min wait and added our name to the list. 45 min later, we find out there are 13 people still ahead of us for a table. We ask the hostess what is going on, and she apologized by telling me the manager is making her say 20-30 min to keep people from leaving even though she knows its almost a 2 hour wait...! We had the time to go somewhere else and still enjoy a nice Fathers Day Breakfast. Instead now we are out of time. I have to be to work on time, and that is what a Father does... First Watch screwed my whole family over and robbed us of the gift they were trying to share with me. I wont be back.

Great place for healthy options for breakfast &/or Brunch as well as some not so helthy options. I had the Parma Hash which was pretty good. It came with a ramekin of fruit. A thick slice of buttered multigain toast & a side of jam... it was really Good & was full to say the least & I didnt finish all of it. The atmosphere was relaxed, very clean..I love the color scheme. Its almost like an upscale Crackle Barrel. Our waitress was nice & she took very good care of us. There are several locations & trust we will be back

As soon as we entered, though they were busy, we were quickly seated. Got our drinks ordered and our food ordered pretty fast. I ordered the eggs benedict and hubby ordered an omlette dish. He got his first. Took about 15 min. Took about 30 min to get mine. Long wait but the food was really good. Due to the time they took the charge of my meal off the ticket. Was quite surprised by that act of kindness. Excellent waitress and service even with a long wait for the food. Great breakfast and lunch spot.

Amazing breakfast/brunch (Im going back to try lunch), well laid out space (other breakfast joints youre crammed in like cattle) and no wait if you use their app. All three in our party loved our meals, comes across as healthy and home cooked! All the staff we encountered were friendly, professional and prompt, but leaving the bills when you should be asking how the first few bites were was a turn off. It may be just how its done but you lose out on the up sell and make us feel rushed.

May 8th Mothers Day, I almost throw up when I found out the water carafe being serve to me and my family was dirty with food partical stuck inside of it. I showed it to two staff, waitress and management. The funny thing about it, I didnt get an apology from neither one, They turned around and offered me more water. Very poor customer service, they need trainings. I will never eat there again, and I tell my friends not to eat there too.

Pros: Local to Smyrna Food is above average yet not too expensive Supposedly healthy choices Supposedly local sourced Cons Make sure you make a reservation* which can only be done on your phone through a specific app. Ask for no ice in your 5 dollar juice, or just order water. How is Smuckers syrup healthy or local? All in all not a bad place but careful when you go or a 20 min wait can turn into 45.

This place is usually pretty busy but someone always greats you at the door and Ive never waited more then 15mins even if its slammed. The staff is always friendly and prompt to greet you once youve been seated. The food is wonderful and and overall welcoming, relaxed experience. Highly recommend as they have a great variety of healthy breakfast, lunch, and brunch options even for kids.

Waited quite awhile for our food. Waitress poured coffee in the cups that were on the table, I wanted coffee but my boyfriend only wanted a Coke, we got charged $2.69 anyway, . My veggie omelette was overcooked and broccoli a little burned, said it had zucchini in it but only a few extremely small pieces. Not flavorful at all. All for $29, $34 with tip. Wont be going again.

The food and environment are perfect for my liking. Healthy, and very well prepared. The price point is a good value. Totally different than any other restaurant. Update: I have loved this place as far as their food, but their wait times on your food have increased. Its becoming a borderline visit.

Ive eaten here on four different occasions. Each time has been superb. The food is delightful and the service has been excellent! The only drawback? If you dont get here right when they open on the weekends then youre going to be waiting a while. But, they do have online check-in.

The food at First Watch was delicious. They have classic breakfast/brunch as well as some creative new takes. Our server was fantastic. The kitchen was a bit slow though. The juice bar has some great breakfast juices. Definitely one of the best breakfast brunch lunch places around.

Food is always great here! Service is always fast and everyone is so friendly! If youre not a member of their E-Club, then you should definitely join... periodically they send out coupons. I have tried several different items on the menu. Everything is always good!

We were disappointed how long it took to get our food. There was a table near us that came in after we had placed our order, they received their food first, and had more people in their party. We were a party of 2. However, our food was delicious and pricey

I loved it! First time here and I had a nice experience. The hostess and my waitress were really nice and the breakfast was delicious! The atmosphere is really nice. I felt like I was eating fancy breakfast but with a good price value.
