Me and my daughter come here religiously about every Sunday we will come here and get a dozen donuts and take home on this particular Wednesday morning when I came here I didnt feel very good at all as I didnt something to make me sick the day before so I came inside I had no choice but to come inside as I come through the drive-through I was told that I couldnt be sold donuts not really what I wanted to hear so I came inside to find out what the deal was and apparently there was an issue with the equipment that was going to delay the did plain regular old Krispy Kreme donuts about five minutes now that makes a completely different story as to in the drive-through I just cant be sold those donuts so in a fact I could be sold those donuts it was just going to take a few minutes there were other cars pulling around and waiting to get donuts but I couldnt get three of them didnt quite make sense to me and then when I come inside and order my coffee I want to few pieces of ice to put in the top of it and I asked for it as my coffee was being handed to me by the girl who was working the front counter she just ignored that I even existed she had my me my coffee and didnt even speak to me or knowledge that I was even alive standing there furthermore asked her for ice a second time and got no response a second time so then finally a third time when I was very rude and very loud about please may I have a few pieces of ice for my coffee did the girl finally snap out of her zone and realize oh hey this customer standing in Front of me and he would like a few pieces of ice for his coffee worst experience ever it was terrible

I went by this location today on my way home from work to get my daughters a dozen doughnuts. 1/2 glazed 1/2 choc covered. The fresh hot light was on. On my way home I thought I would eat one. Opened the box to find that the chocolate was at least a day old and hard, the supposedly fresh hot glazed were shriveled up and icing melted off (looked to be microwaved). Called the manager and he said that this location does not have fresh doughnuts that they are trucked in everyday. Why the fresh hot light then? He did apologize, but this the 3rd time Ive been to this location and there is a problem every time. I will not go back to the Smyrna Kristen kreme.

I enjoy the Krispy Kreme and I buy 40$ to 60$ worth every time I go. I like to give to these donuts to my customers. But after the way the manager treated me because I wanted to wait until a mother and her child got done placing their order, I will never go back to the location in Smyrna, TN. He made me feel like I was a bother for ordering donuts. In fact he told the boy that was helping me to quit helping me half way through my order to go ahead and help the lady behind me. Very rude!

Doughnuts were delicious of course but I waited in line for 30 minutes to pick out my doughnuts then 15 minutes to pay because there were people coming in that just got there going straight up to the register and asking for a dozen at a time even though everyone else waited in line to get theres. No they hadnt pre-ordered them either. Majorly tested my patience with 2 kids in tow. They need more selection of the non chocolate variety like a fruity selection.

Visited just before noon & very busy. Lots of employees, but seemed to be confusion as to who was helping who. They were only using the drivethru register to ring people both in store & drivethru. Purchase 2 dozen, with several specialties, small iced vanilla latte, large iced coffee, & large iced tea. Reasonable was just under $20. Another review stated they paid $40 for 2 dozen & even with all specialties it would only be about $25 max!

Since they dont bake the doughnuts at this location, they sometimes run out of certain flavors, but the workers are very apologetic when it happens & try to help with alternatives. My kids love watching the doughnuts go through the glazing machine, and the manager gave them both a paper hat & a warm doughnut fresh from the glazer & told them "thanks for enjoying the show." Made their day and was very cute & sweet!

Hot light is always on but the doughnutsare never hot nor fresh. Always yesterdays. The last time I went I got cookies and creme filled doughnuts. The hole was there where they stabbed them on the filler but there was only a drop of filling in the. Like a literal drop. Ill give them another shot then Ill complain to a someone higher up than the store.

Order # 552038 at the Smyrna store. I am really tired of getting "yesterdays doughnuts". These are the best doughnuts when they are somewhat fresh, but I seem to always get stale ones anymore. I will buy one more time and if they are stale I will buy from their competitor.

Everyone here is very friendly and I come inside because of the employees. If I could tip them, I would tip them every time. For the person who reviewed this Krispy Kreme and said they paid 40 dollars for two dozen, your math is incorrect.

Hot donuts overcooked and crunchy. The filling in the different donut was just enough to say there was something in them. Worst donuts I have ever received from this store not much of a selection of donuts this morning.

The donuts were very pricey, and even though the sign said hot, they were cold when we got them. Got two dozen variety, for almost 40 bucks. Huge ripoff
