I recently had a fabulous dinner at Belle. The cocktails before dinner were excellent. We began with the shrimp and grits appetizer prepared with a wonderful sauce and andouille sausage. This was as fine a preparation of this dish as I have experienced. It was paired with a white wine by our server, David, which was an excellent choice. BTW, David was very helpful, professional, attentive but didnt "hover". He knew the menu, the cocktails, the wine list and the neighborhood and night scene. Rarely do you see this level of knowledge and service. The entree was the braised short ribs served on a grit cake with an As Jus. We had sides of brussel sprouts with bacon and a classic of sauteed green beans with almonds. All were outstanding. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. Please give it a visit. I know I will be returning soon and often.

This restaurant is awesome! The food is excellent and the staff provided my family and me great service. If you want an intimate place for a private dinner, or family gathering, try Belles. I wish more people knew about this great restaurant. This is an adult restaurant . It also has a bar and after hours bar after the private dining area for a private party. Please try Belles, you will not be disappointed.

Descent food but they dont know how to cook an over easy egg. Didnt provide salt and pepper at the table. Had to wait 20 minutes for a reservation we made the previous day and the staff seemed very unhappy. When asking a young waiter about our reservation, he said he didnt know with a very dismissive tone and called one of the members of our party "dude".

Consistently fantastic food and attentive service at this downtown Memphis gem. Plenty of stars in the small plates category and solid options in entrees. Good wine list as well. Im always too full by the time dessert rolls around. Best shrimp and grits in town!

Hands down best meal Ive ever had! I stumbled on Belle looking for something new and immediately found my favorite restaurant. Everything on the menu is amazing and the staff is exceptional. Amazing experience.
