On a little getaway across the river, we wanted to have lunch somewhere exclusive to the area (not a chain). This place is amazing. It has a small town feel, we had the sweetest waitress, and the food was INCREDIBLE. Even the french fries were the best Ive ever eaten! The owner stopped by our table to make sure we were happy with our experience and thanked us for stopping by. Outstanding food and service. Wonderful experience overall!

Excellent food and great prices! My husband wasnt too thrilled with the Gyro omelet, but I ordered the "breakfast shoe" and it was amazing. Also huge.... definitely could have shared this, ha! Pancakes were awesome too and my picky 4 year old loved the sausage. Well worth the drive past all the chains and other places. Also great service. Will definitely be coming here again. And often!

All I can say is "This Place Is Awesome"! The food, service and atmosphere is exceptional! The owner is wonderful and does all the cooking, except desserts he said which he leaves to his wife. Our waitress is always nice and friendly. She takes great care of you! A must place for everyone to visit! You will love it!!

Dine-in or Carry-out, weve been coming to South Main Diner for a couple years. Our favorite special is the Walleye combo. They change up their specials and soups so we always ask. We enjoy spending time here and talking with William and his employees.

Never got to experience it. There is no seating to speak of. Got seated, but never given a menu or drinks. Got up to leave. Place is a joke. Dont go for lunch.
