I called and ordered 2 lunch specials, crab rangoon, large hot and sour soup and 2 cokes. The total was 18.10 and I tipped 5.00. When I opened my order the crab rangoon was not there which was what my lunch was. I called and let them know and the man began shouting at someone behind him and then said both the person who put the order together and the delivery person said it was in the bag in a small paper bag. I told him there is no second paper bag and described the itmes in the bag. He said "there is nothing I can do for you." I told him if he did not believe me he could send the driver back to look at the order and he said that I could have hidden it by then. I told him that I wanted my money back and he could come and get the food. He said he would send my crab rangoon but he thought I cheated him and next time check the bag and then he hung up on me. Needless to say he called me a liar and a cheat and did not bring the rangoons or refund my money and get the food. He has lost my business over a 3.25 item and I have been ordering from them for 2 years.

My husband and I had two orders of fried rice today. Normally, the food is good, but this time the rice was gooey, clumpy and tasted funny. The carrots and peas were still crunchy. We called them and they said that they would remake it, but they did not say they were immediately remaking it. We assumed they meant that it would be remade when we got back to the restaurant with our bag and receipt. When we got there, which is a 30 minute drive from our house, it had been sitting out for over an hour and was cold. They refused to give us our money back or make it fresh, so I explained to the manager that I was not happy and wouldnt be coming back. He was rude and did not care whether he lost our business. DO NOT EAT HERE! The manager is greedy and does not care about people! This is the 2nd time weve had a problem here that they refused to fix, so we will never order from here again. Ever!

This place is #1 The food is great and the service is awsome. Its very close to my home. I am writing this review because I am going to defend this great restaurant. The bad review listed China Bell as terrible. Its sad that out of all the deliveries they do....it took to long for one customer.....just this one. The customer said that it took over an hour and they are only 5 minutes away....You have to be stupid not to know that the driver goes many miles away from the restaurant to bring other faithful customers their food. How close you are is not an issue. Sorry terrible customer, sometimes you have to wait....its part of life.....grow up.....Yeah for China Bell Im going there tonight for my dumplings.....Oh yeah, I am getting off my butt and driving to get my order like unlazy people do....Chow

Nasty filthy disgusting place to eat. Also, both restrooms out of order (so the sign said, my guess is they are too lazy n money hungry to clean it. Owner Set Kong Yau is a foul mouthed mean man who tried to steal 96.24 from my mothers credit card by running her credit card over and over until my mom had to stop her card through her bank) when confronted by him he threatened to use mace on me. Who does this to senior citizens? Next call, health department, next visit will be to court house to charge him with threatening me with chemicals because I demanded he put my mothers money back in her account. This guy is NOTHING like his father who use to run a clean pleasant restaurant and had treated his customers with respect, not can of mace. My advice, stay away! If I could give no stars itd be minus 100.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order and called to ask how long it would be. The lady told me an hour and a half. I said that was fine. I called back two hours later to ask where it was and she had told them i canceled the order, then came on the phone to argue with me about it. "I dont care if you dont remember it thats how it happened soooo.." clearly need to hire people who can actually do their jobs; not children that are just there for a paycheck. Oh and they also called my phone back and the young woman on the phone had apparently told her manager I called her something that I did not. So that is two lies in a row.. I would fire her. What kind of business calls someone back to argue with them? What a joke.

We have been eating their food for years but yesterday it was the most tasteless and oliy food I have had there. We were really disappointed so I called the restaurant to let them know and the woman argued with me telling me she had tasted it and food was good. The food was not only tasteless but it was overly oily and although it was delivered quickly it was luke warm at best like it had not been cooked enough. The moo goo gai pan was so solidified it looked horrible. Their egg drop soup had no body or flavor. I told her I wasnt calling for a refund but to tell them that it was bad. She kept telling me I was wrong so I hung up. Too bad, I guess I have to go to one of the many others that are close by.

Ive been ordering from China Bell for many years. The food is good, but the prices have gone way up. The last time I ordered, the girl argued with me simply because I asked why the prices had gone up so much. She insisted they had not, and was unbelievably rude. I asked to speak to the owner, and never got a call back. We have had trouble in the past with them forgetting egg rolls, crab rangoon, etc. They never attempt to make anything right, so we will be going elsewhere. High prices, rude employees, and an absentee owner. Too bad because the food really is good, but $40.00 for two-three ppl is a bit much. We had been paying $26.00 until recently for the exact same order.

I order here maybe 2 to 3 times a month. My visit before last i had hair in my food. The owner refunded me and remade my order. I let that go. I came in on Sunday night and my order was made I correctly. I asked if they could remake. The manager Season, informed me she would not and that I should have told them not to put onions in which my fault I forgot. But if I pay for food I want it correct so due to her not remaking my food. They will no longer receive me or my families business. Over 8 dollars you just lost about 60.00 a month we were spending. You need customer service training. It would not let me give you zero stars just let you know you dont deserve the one I gave you.
